Are you an experienced construction leader? Join us to lead a major data center project in Thailand.

We are hiring a Project Director for our Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team. You will run the project from early design to final delivery.

2 new projects / 2 vacancies (Samut Prakan & Bangkok)

Responsibilities -Lead the Project: Manage all stages from design to final client handover. -Guide the Team: Direct engineers, contractors, and consultants on site. -Manage Clients: Act as the main contact for the client. Keep everyone updated. -Control Quality: Keep the project safe, on time, and within budget.

Requirements -12+ years of experience in large construction projects. -Data Center Experience: Direct background in hyperscale data centers or mission-critical facilities. -Education: Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. -Work Background: Experience with a PMC, client team, or Tier 1 contractor. -Leadership: Clear communication and strong site leadership. -Certification: PMP or equivalent preferred.

Bonus for experience in: -Hyperscale data centers -Mission-critical facilities -Semiconductor plants -Pharmaceutical facilities
