Lead hyperscale data center builds from design to handover. 12+ yrs exp & mission-critical required.

We're looking for a Project Director to join our Project Management Consultancy team and take ownership of a complex hyperscale data centre through construction, commissioning, and client handover.

If you love the buzz of a live site, the satisfaction of watching a build come together, and the challenge of keeping a small army of consultants, contractors, and specialists moving in the same direction - this one's for you.

What You'll Actually Be Doing -12+ years' experience delivering large-scale construction projects -Proven experience on hyperscale data centre or mission-critical projects -Strong client-facing leadership and stakeholder management skills -Experience managing multidisciplinary consultant and contractor teams -End-to-end delivery from design through commissioning and handover -PMP or equivalent certification preferred

What You'll Bring -A relevant degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar -Experience within a Project Management Consultancy (PMC), client-side team, or Tier 1 contractor -A track record of delivering major construction or infrastructure projects -Leadership and communication skills that get people aligned, not just informed -Solid understanding of construction methodologies, project controls, and multidisciplinary coordination

Bonus Points If You've Worked On -Hyperscale data centres -Mission-critical facilities -Semiconductor manufacturing -Pharmaceutical or life sciences facilities
