The posting

Dans le cadre d’un projet majeur d’infrastructure maritime en environnement côtier sensible, nous recherchons un(e) Project Engineer / Project Manager spécialisé(e) en Nearshore et Shallow Water.

Le rôle consiste à accompagner le projet depuis les phases de préparation et d’ingénierie jusqu’à la réalisation des opérations en mer.

Nous recherchons un profesionnel disposant d’une double culture ingénierie et opérations, capable d’assurer le lien entre les études techniques, la définition des méthodes d’intervention et les contraintes réelles d’exécution sur site.

Le projet présente des enjeux techniques spécifiques liés aux travaux en zone côtière, notamment les problématiques d’atterrage , d’intervention en shallow water et de gestion des fenêtres opérationnelles en environnement maritime contraint.

Vos missions principales :

  • Piloter et coordonner les études d’ingénierie nécessaires à la préparation du projet.
  • Participer à la définition des méthodes d’installation et des séquences opérationnelles.
  • Analyser les contraintes techniques et opérationnelles liées aux travaux nearshore et shallow water.
  • Assurer l’interface entre les équipes d’ingénierie, les opérations marines, les sous-traitants et le client.
  • Vérifier la cohérence entre les solutions étudiées et leur faisabilité opérationnelle.
  • Identifier les risques projet et contribuer à la définition des mesures de mitigation.
  • Préparer et accompagner les opérations offshore jusqu’à leur exécution sur site.
  • Participer au suivi technique et opérationnel du projet.

Requirements

  • Formation ingénieur ou équivalent dans le domaine maritime, offshore, génie civil marin ou domaine connexe.
  • Expérience confirmée sur des projets offshore, subsea, pipeline, câble sous-marin ou travaux maritimes complexes.
  • Bonne connaissance des environnements nearshore / shallow water et des problématiques d’atterrage,
  • Expérience en ingénierie de préparation de projet avec une forte sensibilité aux enjeux d’exécution terrain.
  • Capacité à travailler sur des projets multidisciplinaires et à coordonner différents intervenants.
  • Esprit projet, autonomie et capacité à prendre en charge des sujets techniques complexes.
  • Anglais professionnel indispensable.

Une expérience acquise auprès d’un contracteur offshore ou d’une société d’ingénierie spécialisée serait particulièrement appréciée.

Une expérience dans le secteur nucléaire ou sur des infrastructures critiques constituerait un atout.
