  • Establish compliant local operating processes in alignment with legal, privacy, regulatory and business requirements.
  • Ensure alignment between local, regional and central processes.
  • Support markets in achieving operational readiness for product quality complaint reporting and consumer complaint handling.
  • Ensure consumer contacts and complaints are properly managed and documented throughout the deployment.
  • Facilitate collaboration between local teams and central functions, driving effective communication and knowledge sharing.
  • Support change management activities and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Prepare markets for the transition to the future business-as-usual (BAU) operating model.

Requirements

  • Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
  • Experience in customer service, customer care or consumer-facing service operations.
  • Knowledge of consumer complaint handling and case management systems.
  • Understanding of privacy, compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience working in multilingual and multi-market environments.

  • Familiarity with AI-supported tools and openness to using new technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive, independent and solution-oriented approach, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to drive collaboration and lead teams remotely.
  • Confidence in challenging the status quo and identifying alternative solutions.
  • A can-do attitude and a strong focus on delivering tangible results.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
