The posting

Voor deze functie staan drie van onze SaaS-platformen centraal: Plexus, LeanApps en Lifetime. We implementeren deze platformen zelf bij onze klanten. Omdat we de komende jaren groei verwachten in onze implementatieprojecten op het gebied van levensverzekeringen en pensioenen, zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren projectmanager.

Key About Your Role

Je wordt verantwoordelijk voor de implementatie van onze platformen bij bestaande en nieuwe klanten, waarbij vaak een complexe datamigratie hoort. Het betreft omvangrijke trajecten die geregeld meerdere jaren lopen met internationale samenwerking en lokale implementatie. Je komt in een hecht team van projectmanagers met veel ervaring in de Life & Pension markt, waarin iedereen elkaar helpt om het resultaat te bereiken. Daarnaast zal je uiteraard sturing geven aan het projectteam, wat bestaat uit consultants met ieder hun eigen specialisme.

Als projectmanager ben je samen met vele gedreven en ervaren collega’s onderdeel van onze Life & Pension Delivery afdeling. Deze afdeling vormt de schakel tussen onze klanten en onze productorganisatie, met afdelingen in Nederland, Denemarken en India, maar ook de organisatie die de infrastructuren organiseert en beheert. Je werkt in een projectteam samengesteld uit diverse expertises (pensioen/verzekeringsinhoudelijk, actuarieel, IT-technisch).

Requirements

  • Afgeronde opleiding op HBO/Academisch niveau, bij voorkeur in een bèta richting.
  • Ervaring als projectmanager in omvangrijke software implementatie / datamigratie trajecten
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden.
  • Werkt gestructureerd en accuraat.
  • Oplossingsgericht, ambitieus en leergierig.
  • Communiceert goed zowel in woord als geschrift.
  • Gewend om onder druk van het behalen van mijlpalen te werken.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en goed Engels

  • Bij aanvang een bruto maandsalaris tussen de € 5200 en € 7200 op basis van 40 uur;
