Ali professional Toscana, cerca per azienda storica fiorentina, leader nel campo dei servizi operazionali per il settore delle multi-utilities, per potenziamento del proprio organico un/a Project Manager con esperienza nella gestione di commesse e nel coordinamento di team operativi.

La risorsa avrà un ruolo di responsabilità nella gestione delle commesse affidate, dalla fase di start-up fino alla conclusione, con l'obiettivo di garantire il raggiungimento degli standard aziendali in termini di efficienza, produttività, redditività, qualità del servizio e soddisfazione del cliente.

La posizione rappresenta un punto di riferimento tra la Direzione, l’Operational management e il cliente.

Responsabilità principali

Il/La Project Manager si occuperà di:

· Gestire le commesse a 360°, assicurando il rispetto di capitolati contrattuali, volumi, budget, tempistiche e standard qualitativi previsti.

· Organizzare e coordinare le attività operative, con particolar riferimento agli operatori di Back Office impegnati sulle diverse commesse Utilities, supervisionando l’ottimizzazione dell’’impiego delle risorse e garantendo il raggiungimento degli obiettivi.

· Monitorare quotidianamente, attraverso KPI e report periodici, produttività, efficienza e performance operative, intervenendo tempestivamente sulle eventuali criticità.

· Gestire e sviluppare le risorse affidate, favorendo motivazione, formazione, crescita professionale e progressiva autonomia

· Monitorare i principali KPI economici e operativi, tra cui produttività, fatturato, margini, costi, fatturato orario ed efficienza.

· Predisporre e condividere report periodici sull'andamento delle commesse, evidenziando risultati economici e operativi, KPI, criticità, azioni correttive, fabbisogni di risorse e opportunità di miglioramento. Prevenire e gestire eventuali situazioni che possano generare penali, inefficienze o scostamenti dal budget.

· Gestire il rapporto operativo con il cliente, garantendo un elevato livello di servizio e intervenendo nella risoluzione di eventuali problematiche e non conformità.

· Individuare opportunità di sviluppo all'interno delle commesse, quali lavorazioni aggiuntive, proroghe e nuove attività.

· Collaborare con la Direzione nella gestione di variazioni contrattuali e nella predisposizione di eventuali proposte o varianti.

· Coordinare le attività di start-up di nuove commesse, coinvolgendo le funzioni aziendali interessate e assicurando la corretta predisposizione di risorse, processi e strumenti.

· Analizzare le problematiche operative, individuare le cause e implementare azioni correttive e migliorative.

· Garantire il rispetto delle procedure aziendali e della normativa in materia di salute e sicurezza sul lavoro.

· Promuovere all'interno del team una cultura basata su professionalità, etica, responsabilità, correttezza e orientamento al risultato.

· Produttività: Pratiche/operatore, pratiche/ora, saturazione risorse

· Servizio: Rispetto degli SLA, tempi medi di lavorazione, backlog

· Qualità: Tasso di errore, non conformità, reclami, rilavorazioni

· Risorse: Saturazione e corretta allocazione, assenteismo, turnover, formazione

· Procedure: Rispetto delle procedure operative e di sicurezza

· Conomici: Efficienza e marginalità delle commesse, budget

· Cliente: Customer satisfaction, performance contrattuale e percepita dal cliente

Requisiti

Il/La candidato/a ideale possiede:

· Laurea specialistica, preferibilmente in Ingegneria, Economia Aziendale, Management o discipline affini.

· Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in ruoli di coordinamento operativo e/o gestione di commesse, preferibilmente presso aziende strutturate di servizi tecnico-operativi, caratterizzate da elevati volumi operativi.

· Esperienza nella gestione di persone e squadre operative.

· Preferibile conoscenza del settore Utilities e dei relativi processi

· Capacità di lettura e gestione di budget, KPI e risultati economici.

· Buone capacità organizzative e di pianificazione.

· Forte orientamento al risultato e al cliente.

· Ottime capacità di problem solving, leadership e gestione delle priorità.

· Capacità di lavorare in collaborazione con diverse funzioni aziendali e con la Direzione Operations.
