En Cambium.Build estamos construyendo la primera plataforma de diseño, ingeniería y fabricación de Mass Timber (CLT & GLT) de Argentina.

Buscamos un Project Manager con perfil de arquitectura y fuerte orientación a la gestión para liderar proyectos desde el cierre de la etapa comercial hasta el inicio de obra, coordinando clientes, equipos técnicos y especialistas externos.

No buscamos a quien diseñe el proyecto, sino a quien haga que todo el proyecto funcione.

¿Qué vas a hacer?

  • Hacer todo lo posible para que los clientes (estudios, real estate developers, o constructoras) se sientan contenidos.
  • Ser el principal punto de contacto del cliente durante el desarrollo del proyecto.
  • Coordinar arquitectos, ingenieros estructurales, MEP, especialistas y proveedores.
  • Organizar la información del proyecto y asegurar su trazabilidad.
  • Preparar y coordinar la etapa de pre estimación y anteproyecto.
  • Dar seguimiento a cronogramas, hitos, riesgos y decisiones.
  • Revisar propuestas técnico-comerciales antes de su emisión.
  • Liderar la transición desde la etapa comercial hacia la ejecución.
  • Trabajar utilizando herramientas digitales e IA para potenciar la gestión del proyecto.

Buscamos alguien que tenga

  • Arquitecto/a (preferentemente) o Ingeniero/a Civil.
  • Experiencia gestionando proyectos complejos en estudios, constructoras o desarrolladoras.
  • Excelente capacidad de organización y coordinación multidisciplinaria.
  • Muy buena comunicación con clientes.
  • Perfil tecnológico y facilidad para incorporar herramientas digitales e inteligencia artificial.
  • Inglés intermedio o superior.

Suma puntos

  • BIM / Revit.
  • Experiencia en construcción industrializada, prefabricación o DfMA.
  • Conocimiento de herramientas de gestión de proyecto (ClickUp, Asana, MS Project o similares).
  • Experiencia en madera estructural o Mass Timber (no excluyente).
