The posting

Greenvolt Power is our segment dedicated to the Development & Constructionof utility-scale solar and wind projects. We value local expertise and empower our partners, counting already with business presence in more 16 countries (Europe & North America).

Greenvolt is seeking a Project Manager who will often manage multiple projects at different development stage, from origination to ready to build (RtB) status.

Key accountabilities

  • Manage and control assigned Greenfield development and Co-development activities.
  • Identify potential sites where wind, solar and BESS project could be developed.
  • Support origination department in securing the land and getting municipality approval
  • Manage the development of the project, once it enters into development and until Ready to Build status.
  • Manage all the external stakeholders that will carry out on-site studies: environmental, landscape, noise, agricultural, …
  • Manage the relationship with local municipalities, with the public and with the administration
  • Manage project development timeline, project risks and project budget.
  • Preparation of monthly reporting for its projects
  • Supporting M&A activities.
  • Verify and validate additions to filed Projects when requested by authorizing bodies.
  • Attend Conferences of Services organized by the authorizing bodies.
  • Ensure all that is necessary for the safe and quality development of the entrusted line of Business.

Greenvolt recherche un(e) Project Manager qui sera amené(e) à gérer plusieurs projets à différents stades de développement, de l’origination jusqu’au statut « Ready to Build » (RtB).

Principales responsabilités

  • Gérer et piloter les activités de développement de projets Greenfield et de co-développement.
  • Identifier des sites potentiels pour le développement de projets éoliens, solaires et BESS.
  • Soutenir le département Origination dans la sécurisation des terrains et l’obtention des autorisations auprès des municipalités.
  • Piloter le développement des projets dès leur entrée en phase de développement et jusqu’au statut Ready to Build.
  • Gérer les différents prestataires externes en charge des études sur site : environnementales, paysagères, acoustiques, agricoles, etc.
  • Gérer les relations avec les municipalités locales, le public et les administrations.
  • Gérer le calendrier de développement des projets, les risques et le budget.
  • Préparer le reporting mensuel des projets.
  • Participer aux activités de M&A.
  • Vérifier et valider les modifications apportées aux projets déposés, à la demande des autorités compétentes.
  • Participer aux conférences des services organisées par les autorités compétentes.
  • Veiller à la mise en œuvre de toutes les actions nécessaires au développement sûr et qualitatif des projets confiés.

Requirements

  • University Degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Knowledge of the energy market.
  • Positive leadership.
  • Agility.
  • Responsibility.
  • Proactivity and ability to work as a team.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Good English language skills (written/spoken is a must)

  • Minimum de 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans des fonctions similaires.
  • Connaissance du marché de l’énergie.
  • Leadership positif.
  • Agilité.
  • Sens des responsabilités.
  • Proactivité et capacité à travailler en équipe.
  • Bonnes aptitudes relationnelles et de communication.
  • Disponibilité pour voyager.
  • Bonne maîtrise de l’anglais, à l’écrit comme à l’oral (indispensable).
