Ricerchiamo PROJECT MANAGER- Impianti Tecnologici per azienda leader in Italia nel campo dell’ingegneria, system integration e trasformazione digitale, parte di un gruppo centenario. La risorsa sarà il punto di riferimento operativo nei cantieri ad alto contenuto tecnologico, garantendo il rispetto dei tempi, dei costi e degli standard qualitativi d’eccellenza.

RESPONSABILITÀ PRINCIPALI

Sarai il punto di riferimento strategico per la gestione delle commesse, garantendo il pieno allineamento tra tempi, budget e standard qualitativi, assicurando al contempo una gestione strutturata e conforme alle normative vigenti.

  • Gestione completa del ciclo di vita della commessa, dalla pianificazione alla chiusura
  • Interfaccia strategica e operativa con il Cliente
  • Controllo e monitoraggio di budgeting e forecasting
  • Ottimizzazione delle risorse per garantire efficienza e marginalità
  • Pianificazione delle attività di cantiere e degli approvvigionamenti
  • Monitoraggio e validazione dello Stato Avanzamento Lavori (SAL)
  • Gestione del ciclo attivo, varianti contrattuali e claims
  • Supervisione della conformità normativa e presidio della sicurezza in cantiere

REQUISITI RICHIESTI

  • Almeno 3 anni di esperienza nella gestione di cantieri complessi relativi a impianti tecnologici, elettrici e speciali
  • Conoscenza approfondita del Codice degli Appalti Pubblici
  • Solida conoscenza delle normative di settore e forte orientamento alla sicurezza (Safety First)
  • Ottima padronanza di strumenti di project management e progettazione: Excel, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Primus e Revit
  • Diploma di Perito Tecnico o Laurea in Ingegneria
  • Disponibilità a trasferte su territorio nazionale

PACCHETTO RETRIBUTIVO:

  • RAL: tetto massimo di €55.000
  • Buoni pasto: €8 al giorno lavorato
  • Welfare aziendale: €250 annui
  • Sede di lavoro: Sesto San Giovanni (MI)
