The posting

Our client is a fast-growing, multi-brand property services and roofing company operating across nine brands and more than 60 US locations. As the group scales through acquisitions and systems upgrades, they need a Project Manager to own day-to-day execution across three parallel workstreams: acquisition integration, systems integration, and strategic initiatives.

This is a high-visibility, high-ownership seat. You will work directly with senior leadership, keep a fast-moving team organized and on schedule, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks in a multi-brand, multi-project environment. The work runs on US Eastern business hours, and the client provides full training on their tech stack.

The seat takes a particular kind of trust: leadership will plan on what your status reports say. That is why the job asks for direct answers, blockers surfaced fast, and open items that never age.

Key Responsibilities

You will run three workstreams at once. Each has its own scope and cadence; you are the through-line that keeps all of them moving.

Workstream 1 — Acquisition Integration

  • Run integration playbooks for newly acquired brands from Day 1 readiness through full operational onboarding.
  • Coordinate system cutover activities, user onboarding and process standardization across each acquired entity.
  • Manage Smartsheet-based integration plans, meeting cadences, action-item logs and executive-ready status updates.
  • Identify blockers early and escalate with clear, direct answers. Leadership expects speed and specificity.

Workstream 2 — Systems Integration

  • Manage the convergence of ERP and CRM platforms across the organization, including ServiceTitan, AccuLynx, Sage Intacct and Zoho Desk.
  • Coordinate tenant builds, multi-tenant data migration and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Align timelines and dependencies across operations, finance, IT, safety and brand leaders.
  • Escalate integration risks early and communicate clearly to every stakeholder.

Workstream 3 — Strategic Initiatives

  • Drive cross-functional initiatives from kickoff to close: scope definition, timeline management, RAID log maintenance and status reporting.
  • Coordinate US-side stakeholders (operations, finance, IT, safety and brand leadership) so decisions are made on time.
  • Produce executive-ready updates and status reports that give leadership a clear, accurate picture of where each initiative stands.

Requirements

  • Native or near-native English fluency, written and spoken. This is a firm requirement.
  • 4+ years in project management.
  • A demonstrated record of managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-moving, shifting-priority environment. Five or more parallel projects is the standard.
  • Full follow-through on the exact ask: you surface blockers fast, give direct answers, and do not let open items age.
  • Direct, concise and confident communication with US-based executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • The ability to translate complex project status into clear language leadership can act on.
  • Daily working use of AI productivity tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot for documentation, analysis, meeting prep and productivity, not experimentation.
  • Availability Monday to Friday during US Eastern business hours.
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a professional remote-work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to M&A integration, systems implementation or a PMO environment.
  • PMP, CAPM or equivalent certification. A practical execution record matters more.
  • Smartsheet as a primary project tracking and reporting platform, and Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel) as daily tools.
  • Familiarity with Zoho Desk, Read.ai, Sage Intacct, AccuLynx or Power BI.
  • Home services, specialty contracting or private-equity-backed company experience.

Tools & Software

  • Smartsheet: primary project tracking and reporting platform
  • Microsoft 365: Teams, SharePoint, Outlook and Excel as daily tools
  • ERP and CRM platforms in scope: ServiceTitan, AccuLynx, Sage Intacct, Zoho Desk (full training provided)
  • Also valuable: Read.ai, Power BI
  • AI productivity tools: Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot The client provides full training on their tech stack. What matters is that you learn fast and implement with discipline.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • You have run an onboarding, a cutover or a migration where something broke on Day 1, and you can say what it was, what you did in the first 24 hours, and what you added to the playbook afterwards.
  • You know the record counts from your last migration and who signed off UAT.
  • Your status reports fit on one page, say red when it is red, and end with the decision you need.
  • You answer "are we on track?" with a yes, a no, or an "I do not know yet, you will have it by Wednesday". Never a hedge.
  • You keep six projects moving from one list and can name the oldest open item on it right now.
  • You use AI every working day for notes, drafts and analysis, and you check every date it gives you.
