The posting

Nuestra empresa cliente, con operación en Miami y múltiples negocios en marcha, busca un/a Project Manager Jr. con conocimientos de programación y experiencia práctica en desarrollo con IA, especialmente con Claude.

Su misión será transformar necesidades de negocio en sistemas funcionales: entender el problema, organizar los requerimientos, dirigir el desarrollo con IA y validar que las soluciones funcionen correctamente.

Los primeros proyectos estarán enfocados en la optimización de los paneles administrativos de Tech Box Traders y Webdato. La colaboración comenzará con un proyecto pago y de alcance acotado, con posibilidad de continuidad en una posición full-time remota según el desempeño.

Responsabilidades

  • Relevar y comprender las necesidades del negocio y traducirlas en requerimientos claros.
  • Descomponer problemas complejos en tareas concretas, definiendo prioridades y anticipando posibles fallos.
  • Dirigir el desarrollo con Claude u otras herramientas de IA, proporcionando contexto e instrucciones precisas.
  • Revisar el código y los resultados generados por la IA, detectar errores y realizar o coordinar las correcciones necesarias.
  • Probar las funcionalidades y validar que respondan a los requerimientos del negocio.
  • Coordinar la implementación de las soluciones y dar seguimiento a los avances, pendientes y bloqueos.
  • Mantener una comunicación clara en español con el equipo y los clientes.

Requisitos excluyentes

  • Experiencia práctica desarrollando soluciones con Claude u otras herramientas de IA para programación.
  • Conocimientos de programación suficientes para leer, comprender, evaluar y corregir código generado por IA.
  • Capacidad lógica y analítica para estructurar problemas y detectar inconsistencias.
  • Habilidades de organización, seguimiento y coordinación de proyectos.
  • Criterio y autonomía para evaluar los resultados de la IA y tomar decisiones.
  • Español fluido, oral y escrito.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar de 10 a 18, hora de Miami, en caso de avanzar a la posición full-time.

Se valorará

  • Experiencia en proyectos de software, como Project Manager Jr., coordinador/a de proyectos o en funciones similares.
  • Experiencia en optimización de paneles administrativos y procesos internos.
  • Conocimientos de metodologías ágiles y herramientas de gestión de proyectos.

Modalidad de contratación

  • Modalidad: remota.
  • Continuidad: posibilidad de incorporación full-time con remuneración fija mensual, según los resultados del proyecto inicial.
  • Horario para la posición full-time: de 10 a 18, hora de Miami.
  • Compensación y duración del proyecto inicial: a definir.
