Η AGT Group, ένας δυναμικά αναπτυσσόμενος όμιλος engineering & construction με περισσότερα από 30 χρόνια εμπειρίας στην υλοποίηση σύνθετων τεχνικών έργων στην Ελλάδα και το εξωτερικό, αναζητά Project Manager, Mechanical Engineer με έδρα στα κεντρικά γραφεία στην Αθήνα, για την επίβλεψη μεγάλων Η/Μ έργων, κυρίως σε βιομηχανικά ιδιωτικά έργα.

Ο/Η Project Manager, Mechanical Engineer θα έχει την ευθύνη για την οργάνωση και επίβλεψη της κατασκευής, τον συντονισμό των δραστηριοτήτων στο εργοτάξιο και τη διασφάλιση ότι το έργο υλοποιείται σύμφωνα με τις προδιαγραφές, το χρονοδιάγραμμα και τον προϋπολογισμό.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Οργάνωση και επίβλεψη της κατασκευής και συντονισμός όλων των δραστηριοτήτων στο εργοτάξιο
  • Συντονισμός εργοδηγών και site engineers και παρακολούθηση της προόδου του έργου
  • Διασφάλιση τήρησης των τεχνικών προδιαγραφών, του χρονοδιαγράμματος και του προϋπολογισμού του έργου
  • Διασφάλιση της εφαρμογής των πρακτικών ασφάλειας στο εργοτάξιο και συμβολή στην εκπαίδευση των εργαζομένων σε θέματα ασφάλειας
  • Συντονισμός προμηθευτών και υπεργολάβων για την παροχή υλικών, εξοπλισμού και εξειδικευμένης εργασίας
  • Συνεχής και αποτελεσματική επικοινωνία με τους εντεταλμένους του πελάτη, υπό την έγκριση και εποπτεία του Διευθυντή του Έργου
  • Παροχή τακτικών ενημερώσεων για την πρόοδο του έργου και διαχείριση προσδοκιών, ανησυχιών και αιτημάτων του πελάτη
  • Αντιμετώπιση προκλήσεων και προβλημάτων κατά τη διάρκεια της κατασκευής και επίλυση συγκρούσεων
  • Συνεργασία με τα τμήματα της εταιρείας, όπως Προμήθειες και Λογιστήριο, και αναφορά στον Διευθυντή του Έργου
  • Συμμετοχή στην ομάδα έργου για βιομηχανικά έργα και υποστήριξη της ομαλής υλοποίησής τους
  • Παρακολούθηση θεμάτων ασφάλειας, ποιότητας και προϋπολογισμού στο πλαίσιο της διαχείρισης του έργου
  • Εφαρμογή των διαδικασιών και των διοικητικών δομών μεγάλων τεχνικών εταιρειών και τήρηση της σχετικής νομοθεσίας και των κανονισμών
  • Διαχείριση και κατανόηση των νομικών και συμβατικών όρων των έργων

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα & Δεξιότητες

  • Πτυχίο Μηχανολόγου Μηχανικού ΑΕΙ ή ΤΕΙ
  • Τουλάχιστον 7 έτη εργοταξιακής εμπειρίας
  • Συμμετοχή σε ομάδα έργου τουλάχιστον 1 βιομηχανικού έργου με προϋπολογισμό άνω του €1 εκατ.
  • Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών
  • Ευχέρεια στη χρήση Η/Υ, με γνώση MS Office και AutoCAD
  • Ικανότητα σχεδιασμού, οργάνωσης και διαχείρισης ομάδων, προϋπολογισμού έργου, θεμάτων ασφάλειας και ποιότητας
  • Ικανότητα γρήγορης και αποτελεσματικής λήψης αποφάσεων, ιδιαίτερα σε περιπτώσεις που απαιτούνται επείγουσες λύσεις
  • Ικανότητα αναγνώρισης και επίλυσης προβλημάτων που προκύπτουν κατά τη διάρκεια της κατασκευής
  • Επιμονή και αποτελεσματική διαχείριση δυσκολιών για την επίτευξη των στόχων του έργου
  • Ευελιξία και προσαρμοστικότητα σε αλλαγές και απρόβλεπτες καταστάσεις
  • Αποτελεσματικές δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας με προμηθευτές, ομάδα έργου, πελάτες και τα άλλα τμήματα της εταιρείας
  • Εξοικείωση με τις διαδικασίες και τις διοικητικές δομές μεγάλων τεχνικών εταιρειών
  • Γνώση της νομοθεσίας και των κανονισμών που διέπουν τα κατασκευαστικά έργα και κατανόηση των νομικών όρων συμβάσεων έργων
