Descrizione del ruolo:

Alla risorsa ricercata verrà affidata la gestione strategica e operativa delle commesse legate alla progettazione e realizzazione di banchi prova. Avrà, inoltre, la responsabilità diretta del raggiungimento degli obiettivi di progetto, garantendo il rispetto dei tempi, dei costi e degli standard qualitativi concordati, guidando il team verso il successo della fornitura.

Principali attività:

  • Gestione delle commesse: pianificazione, esecuzione e monitoraggio di tutte le fasi del progetto (dall’acquisizione ordini alla consegna finale);
  • Coordinamento: ingegneri, tecnici, reparto acquisti, stakeholder interni;
  • Gestione del cliente: comunicazione costante per garantire la soddisfazione e l’allineamento del cliente su eventuali specifiche e requisiti tecnici;
  • Monitoraggio delle tempistiche e dei costi: assicurare il rispetto del budget e dei tempi di consegna;
  • Controllo qualità: garantire che il prodotto finale soddisfi gli standard aziendali e le specifiche del cliente;
  • Documentazione di progetto: mantenere aggiornati tutti i documenti tecnici, economici e di avanzamento del progetto;
  • Analisi dei rischi: identificare e gestire i rischi potenziali, attuando strategie di mitigazione;
  • Supporto post-vendita: assistenza durante le fasi di collaudo e avviamento, garantendo il supporto tecnico necessario.

Requirements

Must-have:

  • Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica, Elettronica, Gestionale o equipollenti;
  • Esperienza minima pregressa nella gestione di progetti in aziende metalmeccaniche;
  • Ottima conoscenza delle tecniche di project management e dei software correlati (Es. MS Project, SAP);
  • Conoscenza dei processi di produzione e montaggio meccanico;
  • Buona padronanza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata);
  • Predisposizione di lavorare in ambiente dinamico e di gestire più progetti contemporaneamente.
