Wil jij de regie nemen over complexe IT-projecten in de financiële sector? Werk je graag in een ambitieuze, internationale omgeving waar jouw werk direct bijdraagt aan de digitale transformatie van verzekeringsmaatschappijen? Keylane zoekt een gedreven Project Manager om onze Property & Casualty (schadeverzekeringen) project team naar een hoger niveau te tillen.

Key about your role

Als Project Manager bij Keylane ben jij de spin in het web bij het implementeren van onze innovatieve SaaS-oplossing Axon bij vooraanstaande verzekeraars. Je leidt cross-functionele teams en bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige project lifecycle: van de initiële scoping en planning tot de uiteindelijke implementatie en oplevering.

Jouw doel? Projecten on time, within scope en within budget opleveren, waarbij klanttevredenheid centraal staat. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het stakeholdermanagement en zorgt voor heldere communicatie op alle niveaus.

Key about your responsibilities

  • Planning & Executie: Je stelt gedetailleerde projectplannen op en bewaakt de budgetten en deadlines.
  • Stakeholdermanagement: Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en interne stakeholders, waarbij je verwachtingen proactief managet.
  • Team Leadership: Je motiveert en stuurt cross-functionele projectteams (consultants, business analisten, engineers) aan.
  • Risicomanagement: Je signaleert proactief risico’s en issues, en neemt passende maatregelen om deze te mitigeren.
  • Rapportage: Je verzorgt duidelijke statusrapportages en presenteert projectupdates aan het senior management.
  • Procesverbetering: Je levert een actieve bijdrage aan het continu verbeteren van onze projectmethodieken (Agile/Waterfall).

Requirements

  • Ervaring: Bewezen ervaring als Project Manager voor internationale implementaties.
  • Groei & leiderschap: Je toont het potentieel om, naarmate onze delivery-organisatie verder groeit, op termijn bredere verantwoordelijkheid op je te nemen voor delivery, teamontwikkeling en klantrelaties.
  • Methodieken: Kennis van projectmanagementmethodieken (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Certificering: Een relevante projectmanagementcertificering (bijv. PMP, PRINCE2) is een pre.
  • Communicatie: Uitzonderlijke communicatieve vaardigheden, in staat om op alle niveaus te schakelen.
  • Analytisch vermogen: Sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden.
  • Talen: Vloeiend in het Nederlands and Engels.

  • Een maandelijks brutosalaris tussen € 5.100,- en € 8.500,- op basis van 40 uur per week;
