Unser Auftraggeber ist ein etabliertes und führendes Planungsunternehmen mit mehreren Standorten in Deutschland und Teil einer erfolgreichen Unternehmensgruppe im Bereich der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung. Mit einem hochqualifizierten Team von rund 200 Mitarbeitenden werden anspruchsvolle Großprojekte – v. a. im öffentlichen Sektor wie Krankenhäuser, Flughäfen, Schulen – in der Elektro-, Licht-, Kommunikations- und Versorgungstechnik geplant und umgesetzt.

Aktuell suchen wir im Zuge des weiteren Wachstums eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Projektleiter Elektrotechnik (m/w/d) in Großraum Stuttgart oder Freiburg.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Leitung und Steuerung von Projekten im Bereich Elektrotechnik über alle HOAI-Leistungsphasen hinweg
  • Schnittstelle zu Auftraggebern, Architekten und Fachplanern anderer Gewerke
  • Koordination und Führung von Projektteams (Fachplaner, CAD-Experten etc.)
  • Planung, Qualitätssicherung, Termin- und Kostenverfolgung
  • Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen

Requirements

Ihre Qualifikation

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik oder Ausbildung zum Techniker oder Meister
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Projektleitung von Bau- oder TGA-Projekten
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der elektrotechnischen Gebäudeausrüstung (Stark-/Schwachstrom, Beleuchtung, Signaltechnik und Fördertechnik)
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Führungskompetenz und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kenntnisse in HOAI und VOB von Vorteil

Diese Rolle eignet sich auch ideal für ambitionierte Fachplaner oder Elektroingenieure (m/w/d), die den nächsten Schritt in ihrer beruflichen Entwicklung gehen möchten und bereit sind, Projektverantwortung zu übernehmen.
