The posting

Pan American Grain busca una persona altamente motivada y dinamica para la plaza de Promotor en el área Este de Puerto Rico. Dicha persona estara a cargo de visitar varios establecimientos para llevar a cabo las siguientes funciones:

  • Visitar y desarrollar los clientes establecidos en ruta asignada.
  • Revisar, auditar inventario de cliente, activos de marca asignados en cuentas, condiciones de rotulaciones, rotación de inventario.
  • Ofrecer apoyo realizando montajes para eventos, entrega de producto de ser necesario, rotulación y/o supervisión de promotoras, mixólogos o baristas.
  • Instalar, auditar y mantener las rotulaciones de las maracas en excelentes condiciones: “banners”, “posters”, material POP etc.
  • Buscar oportunidades para activación y/o exposición de marca tales como:
  • “Happy Hours”, Aniversarios, festivales, fiestas patronales, eventos multitudinarios y cualquier otro evento de pueblo.
  • Visitas la actividad coordinada con el cliente y supervisas la misma para mantener y desarrollar relaciones.
  • Canalizar las ventas a través de nuestro distribuidor para las siguientes marcas; así como las marcas entrantes.
  • Canalizar las ventas de producto o marcas adicionales a través del Supervisor de promociones.
  • Solicitar los materiales de apoyo de ventas (“round coolers”, “racks” neveras, carpas, etc.…) según política establecida y tipo de actividad.
  • Reportar cualquier mal funcionamiento o mal uso de los activos de la empresa.
  • Garantizar el buen estado y mantenimiento adecuado del vehículo asignado por la empresa.
  • Reportar cualquier daño, avería o incidente relacionado con el vehículo de manera inmediata.
  • Garantizar el uso adecuado y eficiente de la plataforma de Workforce.
  • Cumples con otras tareas que se asignen según necesidad.

Requirements

  • Diploma de Escuela Superior o Grado Asociado de una institución acreditada.
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en Mercadeo, Promociones y venta de productos de consumo.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
  • Licencia de Conducir de Puerto Rico, vigente.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios rotativos según la necesidad del negocio y la operación.
  • Habilidad para realizar presentaciones de producto, negociar y manejar adecuadamente el tiempo.
  • Conocimiento y experiencia previa en establecimientos de consumo On-Premise, Cold Market, Supermarket, y Licores y Bebidas
