This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys building strong relationships, and wants to be part of a team that values performance and professionalism. You’ll be supported to grow your career while making a real impact on the performance of a quality property portfolio.

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a residential portfolio. You will play a key role in delivering a seamless experience for both landlords and tenants — ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard and financial returns are optimised.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing a residential property portfolio with a focus on service excellence and retention
  • Building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with landlords, tenants, and key stakeholders
  • Coordination of all aspects of property management including leasing, renewals, routine inspections, maintenance, and arrears control
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and company policies
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to improve asset performance and reduce vacancy periods
  • Overseeing maintenance requests and liaise with trades to ensure timely resolution
  • Conducting property inspections and provide detailed, accurate reporting to landlords
  • Managing rent reviews, lease renewals, and tenancy agreements
  • Responding to enquiries in a timely and professional manner, always ensuring a high standard of communication
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes

Requirements

  • Proven experience in residential property management, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role
  • Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Real Estate License
  • Current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Strong understanding of NSW tenancy legislation and industry best practices.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors.
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering outstanding customer service.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Energetic, personable and professional, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.

Benefits

  • Join a supportive, collaborative and high-performing property management team.
  • Manage a quality residential portfolio backed by established systems, processes and administrative support
  • Access genuine career development and progression opportunities within a growing business
  • Be part of a results-driven culture that values teamwork, professionalism and exceptional customer service
  • Benefit from ongoing training, mentoring and professional development to help you reach your career goals
  • Enjoy a competitive salary package commensurate with your skills and experience

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.
