Happy Rentals, società svizzera internazionale specializzata nella gestione di affitti turistici, e presente in Sardegna , a Palau , Olbia , Alghero da diversi anni ricerca un Property Manager per il proprio ufficio di Palau (SS).

Attività principali

  • Supporto nella gestione delle proprietà turistiche
  • Assistenza a ospiti e proprietari
  • Attività operative sul territorio
  • Collaborazione alla ricerca di nuove proprietà

Requisiti

  • Interesse per il settore turistico e immobiliare
  • Buone capacità comunicative e organizzative
  • Orientamento al cliente
  • Conoscenza di italiano e inglese (altra lingua gradita)
  • Patente di guida
  • Residenza in zona (non è previsto vitto/alloggio)

Gradita esperienza nel settore turistico/ricettivo : offriamo comunque formazione continua.

Requirements

Come Property Manager, dovrai avere un'alta responsabilità , esperienza nel turismo così come nel settore immobiliare, e ti piacerà lavorare in un ambiente dinamico ed in team.

Essere in grado di stabilire un dialogo sia al telefono che di persona per mantenere relazioni a lungo termine con i proprietari

Capacità di trasmettere feedback ai proprietari per migliorare le loro proprietà

Capacità di fornire un servizio clienti efficace a clienti e proprietari

Capacità organizzativa

Esperienza nel settore immobiliare e turistico, l'esperienza di vendita sarebbe un plus

Conoscenza delle norme e dei regolamenti relativi ai beni immobiliari e agli affitti turistici

Capacità di parlare italiano , inglese fluentemente e un'altra lingua.
