Ali Professional ricerca un/una Proposal Manager per realtà industriale internazionale leader nello sviluppo di soluzioni tecnologiche per il trattamento delle acque e la sostenibilità ambientale, da inserire nella loro sede di Pordenone.

Lo risorsa verrà inserita all'interno del team Engineering & Sales e avrà il compito di valutare la fattibilità tecnica ed economica delle offerte e preparare proposte sia dal punto di vista tecnico che dei costi, con particolare attenzione alla personalizzazione di prodotti.

Responsabilità principali:

Formulare stime tecnico-economiche in grado di soddisfare le richieste del cliente, preservando e valorizzando il know-how aziendale di prodotto.

Nello specifico:

  • Analizzare capitolati tecnici, richieste d'offerta (RFQ) e documentazione di gara;
  • Definire soluzioni tecniche e progettuali in collaborazione con i team specialistici interni;
  • Elaborare preventivi e offerte tecnico-economiche;
  • Valutare costi, pricing e fattibilità di personalizzazioni rispetto ai prodotti standard;
  • Gestire il processo di preparazione delle offerte, coordinando la documentazione tecnica e commerciale necessaria;
  • Interfacciarsi con fornitori per la raccolta di quotazioni e informazioni tecniche;
  • Supportare il team commerciale nelle attività di prevendita;
  • Monitorare tecnologie, applicazioni e trend di mercato per individuare soluzioni competitive e innovative.

Requirements

  • Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica, Chimica o Ambientale oppure diploma tecnico equivalente;
  • Esperienza di almeno 1-2 anni in ruoli analoghi o in ambito tecnico-commerciale;
  • Conoscenza di impianti industriali, macchinari e componentistica;
  • Interesse o esperienza nel settore del trattamento delle acque e delle tecnologie ambientali;
  • Capacità di analisi tecnica ed economica;
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
  • Ottima padronanza del pacchetto Office.

Costituirà titolo preferenziale la conoscenza di AutoCAD, Creo Viewer e sistemi gestionali ERP.
