Proposal Specialist

La risorsa entrerà a far parte del team commerciale e si occuperà della predisposizione di offerte tecniche e commerciali per progetti in ambito biogas, biometano e settori industriali correlati. Il ruolo prevede una costante collaborazione con i referenti tecnici interni e con i fornitori per la definizione delle soluzioni più adeguate alle esigenze del cliente.

Responsabilità principali

  • Analizzare le richieste dei clienti e dei partner tecnici per individuare le migliori soluzioni in termini di pompaggio, agitazione e filtrazione all’interno di impianti biogas/biometano.
  • Elaborare offerte tecnico-commerciali complete, occupandosi della configurazione dei prodotti, della definizione dei listini e del calcolo della marginalità.
  • Gestire e aggiornare i listini prezzi dei fornitori, garantendo la corretta applicazione delle politiche commerciali.
  • Monitorare la marginalità delle offerte, individuando leve commerciali e opportunità di ottimizzazione.
  • Interfacciarsi quotidianamente con fornitori internazionali, prevalentemente in lingua inglese, per reperire informazioni tecniche, quotazioni e disponibilità.
  • Aggiornare il CRM aziendale con informazioni relative a offerte, trattative e follow-up commerciali.
  • Collaborare con il team service e installazione per garantire coerenza tra proposta commerciale ed esecuzione operativa.
  • Supportare la preparazione della documentazione tecnica per gare e bandi.

Requirements

Requisiti

  • Esperienza pregressa in ruoli analoghi quali Proposal Specialist, Preventivista, Proposal Engineer o Tecnico Commerciale in contesti legati a biogas, energie rinnovabili o impiantistica industriale.
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
  • Buona padronanza degli strumenti informatici, in particolare Excel avanzato.
  • Precisione, orientamento al risultato e capacità di gestione autonoma delle attività.
  • Buone capacità comunicative e relazionali.
