この職務は、日本を拠点とし、ビジネスレベル以上の日本語能力があることが求められます。

役割と責任

  • 各事業の経費区分（人件費、外注費、その他経費等）にもとづき、労務関連資料や外注費関連書類（相見積書、相見積もりを取らずに調達した場合の理由書等）などの証憑を漏れなく収集、整備する
  • NEDO、総務省等、各所管機関の交付規程、事務処理マニュアル等の最新版を把握し、事業ごとの違いを踏まえて社内の経費処理フローに反映する
  • 経理、法務、各プロジェクトの担当者と連携し、月次/四半期の経費申請、実績報告、確定検査対応のスケジュールを事業横断で管理する
  • 見積依頼、発注、検収の各プロセスにおいて、調達ルール（相見積もり要件等）が事業ごとに遵守されているかをチェックする
  • 事業ごとの執行ルールに基づいて、提出書類の様式不備、記載漏れ等を事前に洗い出し、期日内提出を徹底する
  • 複数の公的資金事業を並行して管理し、機関ごとの提出様式・締切の違いを整理して事業担当者に周知する

Requirements

応募資格およびスキル (Must)

  • 下記いずれかで5年以上の実務経験
  • 官公庁における予算執行、経費審査、調達、経理関連の実務経験
  • NEDO、総務省等の公的研究開発事業を多数抱える機関（産総研等）における検査対応等の事務局業務の経験
  • 商社等における契約書類、見積書類の実務経験
  • 補助金/委託費の経費区分、証憑管理に関する実務経験
  • 複数の制度・機関の規程を並行して扱える整理力
  • Excel等での定型書類作成、期日管理の実務能力
  • 官公庁・独立行政法人等とのメール・電話でのやりとりに抵抗がないコミュニケーション能力
  • ビジネスレベル以上の日本語能力

  • 社内資料や英語話者とのやりとりにおいて、チャットやメールでの読み書きに対応できる英語力（会話力は問いません）
