役割と責任

  • 経営陣、プロジェクトマネージャー、エンジニア、リサーチャーと連携し、Sakana AIの最先端技術を官公庁の予算要求や政策立案に接続するためのドキュメンテーション戦略の立案・実行を担う
  • 官公庁特有の予算サイクルや政策決定プロセスを熟知した上で、社内の高度な専門知見を集約し、説得力のある高品質な提案資料、事業概要書（ポンチ絵）、および技術説明書を執筆・編集する
  • 公募案件の探索・提案・採択獲得、採択後の政府とのやり取りでPMとの協働

Requirements

応募資格およびスキル (Must)

  • 下記いずれかで3年以上の勤務経験
  • 国内外の政府機関で予算要求や政策立案のためのドキュメンテーションをした経験
  • 民間企業で、国内外の政府機関が公募する研究開発・調査等の事業に対して提案書を作成し、採択された経験
  • AI/LLMをはじめとする生成AI分野の最新動向に対する継続的な関心と理解
  • 日本語：ビジネスレベル以上（N1目安）
  • 学士号

  • 国内外の政府機関や民間企業での、政府予算の執行経験
  • 海外での勤務経験
  • ビジネスレベルの英語力
