Purchasing Specialist – Componenti Custom

La risorsa verrà inserita all’interno dell’area Acquisti e si occuperà della gestione degli approvvigionamenti di componenti personalizzati, garantendo il corretto allineamento tra esigenze produttive, richieste dei clienti e capacità dei fornitori.

Responsabilità principali:

  • Analizzare le proposte di acquisto generate dai sistemi MRP e definire le priorità operative.
  • Gestire il rapporto con i fornitori per il monitoraggio e la conferma degli ordini.
  • Valutare e coordinare le variazioni della domanda cliente, inclusi anticipi, posticipi e cancellazioni.
  • Monitorare e aggiornare le date di consegna nei sistemi aziendali.
  • Collaborare con le funzioni qualità nella gestione di eventuali non conformità e resi.
  • Negoziare prezzi, condizioni di fornitura e accordi commerciali con fornitori nazionali e internazionali.

Requirements

  • Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale, Economia o discipline affini.
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
  • Buona padronanza del pacchetto Microsoft Office, con particolare riferimento a Excel.
  • Preferibile esperienza maturata in uffici acquisti, supply chain o pianificazione.
  • Spiccate capacità analitiche, attenzione al dettaglio e orientamento alla gestione dei dati.

Completano il profilo:

  • Capacità di negoziazione e problem solving.
  • Attitudine al lavoro in team e alla collaborazione con interlocutori internazionali.
  • Orientamento ai risultati e gestione delle priorità.
