Buscamos un/a QA Automation Engineer para automatizar pruebas web, móviles, API y end-to-end utilizando ZeuZ, una plataforma no-code apoyada en IA, con el objetivo de generar evidencia de calidad y reducir el esfuerzo y tiempo de los ciclos de regresión de Claro Video.

Contexto para reclutamiento

Es uno de los perfiles del bloque con fecha 01/10/2026. El foco declarado por el cliente es reducir tiempos de regresión, por lo que además de ejecutar pruebas se espera una mirada de eficiencia y optimización del proceso de testing.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Diseñar y automatizar pruebas web, móviles, de API y end-to-end utilizando ZeuZ.
  • Definir y mantener suites de regresión automatizadas, priorizando cobertura de los flujos críticos de Claro Video.
  • Generar evidencias de testing (logs, capturas, reportes) para cada ciclo de pruebas.
  • Analizar resultados de ejecución, identificar falsos positivos y mantener la suite estable en el tiempo.
  • Colaborar con los equipos de desarrollo para reportar, priorizar y hacer seguimiento de bugs detectados.
  • Proponer mejoras de proceso orientadas a reducir el esfuerzo y tiempo de los ciclos de regresión.
  • Integrar la ejecución de pruebas automatizadas dentro del pipeline de CI/CD del cliente, si aplica.
  • Capacitar al equipo interno en el uso de ZeuZ, si el alcance del proyecto lo requiere.

Requirements

Requisitos

  • Experiencia de 2 a 4 años en automatización de pruebas (QA Automation).
  • Experiencia con herramientas no-code / low-code de testing asistido por IA (o fuerte disposición a aprender ZeuZ específicamente).
  • Conocimiento de testing web, móvil y de APIs (REST como mínimo).
  • Familiaridad con metodologías ágiles y, idealmente, integración de pruebas en pipelines de CI/CD.
  • Capacidad de análisis para diagnosticar fallas reales vs. inestabilidad de la suite (flaky tests).
  • Inglés B2 para coordinar con el equipo y documentar en inglés cuando sea necesario.

Deseable (no excluyente)

  • Experiencia previa específica con ZeuZ u otras plataformas de testing asistido por IA (Testim, Mabl, Functionize).
  • Conocimiento de Selenium, Appium, Cypress o Playwright como background de automatización tradicional.
  • Experiencia en industria de streaming/telecomunicaciones o productos con alta frecuencia de releases.
