The posting

Voor ons Quality team in Amersfoort zijn wij op zoek naar een Supervisor Quality Control. In deze rol combineer je vakinhoudelijke QC-kennis met leiderschap en kwaliteitsborging. Je speelt een sleutelrol in het waarborgen én continu verbeteren van de kwaliteit van onze processen en producten.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Supervisor Quality Control ben je verantwoordelijk voor het veilig en correct uitvoeren van analyses op verkregen monsters. De resultaten hiervan zijn essentieel voor het proces en voor het borgen van productkwaliteit en compliance.

Daarnaast geef je leiding aan het QC-laboratoriumteam (circa 4 FTE) en ben je verantwoordelijk voor planning, procedures en budget.

! Jouw werklocatie - Je uiteindelijke standplaats is ons laboratorium in Zaandam. Omdat ons laboratorium in Zaandam wordt gerenoveerd, zal je in eerste instantie werkzaam zijn vanuit ons R&D-lab in Amersfoort. We verwachten dat deze tijdelijke situatie ongeveer twee jaar zal duren. Zodra de renovatie is afgerond, verhuis je samen met het team terug naar Zaandam.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Controleren en valideren van resultaten uit standaard- en specifieke analyses.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor complexere vraagstukken binnen het laboratorium.
  • Leidinggeven aan en coachen van de analisten op het lab; je stimuleert ontwikkeling en samenwerking.
  • Opstellen en beheren van de personeelsplanning voor dagdienst en overige diensten, met oog voor een optimale bezetting.
  • Beheren en verbeteren van het kwaliteitssysteem door middel van o.a. CAPA’s, risk assessments en trainingen.
  • Zorgdragen dat het laboratorium voldoet aan geldende wet- en regelgeving en richtlijnen, waaronder ISO 22001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Kosher, Halal en Kiwa.
  • Leiden van interne audits binnen het QC-laboratorium en uitvoeren van externe audits bij leveranciers en externe partijen.
  • Verantwoordelijk voor procedures, werkinstructies en het QC-budget.

Requirements

Je bent een stevige persoonlijkheid die verantwoordelijkheid neemt en mensen weet mee te nemen. Je zet de toon op kwaliteit, veiligheid en samenwerking.

Wij zoeken iemand met:

  • Een afgeronde HLO-opleiding (of vergelijkbaar).
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare QC-functie.
  • Minimaal 3 jaar leidinggevende ervaring.
  • Een proactieve houding en het principe “leading by example” hoog in het vaandel en probleemoplossend vermogen.
  • Het vermogen om met mensen te werken en de lat elke dag een beetje hoger te leggen.
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
