The posting

Imagine this - As a Quality Inspector, you’re on the production floor, surrounded by state-of-the-art defense aerospace technology — components built to dominate the skies, withstand extreme environments, and empower next-generation defense systems. You’re the last line of defense between cutting-edge innovation and uncompromising reliability. 🚀

At Destinus, we are revolutionizing the defense industry with cutting-edge Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs). Our innovative technologies are designed to meet the unique demands of modern defense operations, delivering unparalleled speed, precision, and cost effectiveness. Destinus partners with government agencies and defense organizations worldwide to provide advanced solutions for mission-critical operations, enabling a new era of efficiency and technological superiority. Join us in shaping the future of defense with groundbreaking aerospace innovations.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the Guardian of Quality: Inspect aerospace components, assemblies, and processes to ensure everything is up to spec — no compromises.
  • Find and Fix: Identify defects, troubleshoot root causes, and work hand-in-hand with production and engineering teams to solve problems before they take flight.
  • Raise the Bar: Help us improve our inspection processes, finding smarter, faster ways to maintain top-tier quality without slowing down progress.
  • Document the Journey: Record inspection results and generate reports — because quality isn’t just what we do, it’s what we prove.

Requirements

What You’ll Need

Must-Have

  • Proven experience as a Quality Inspector in aerospace, automotive, or high-tech manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of technical drawings, blueprints, and inspection methods.
  • Sharp attention to detail — you spot imperfections others miss.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards, quality systems, and reporting procedures.
  • English and Dutch

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with non-destructive testing (NDT).
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
  • Basic understanding of composite materials or advanced alloys.

Who You Are

You’re not just an inspector — you’re a perfectionist with purpose. You thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments where every detail matters, driven by curiosity to constantly question how things can be done better, faster, and smarter. You’re a problem solver who doesn’t just spot issues — you dive in, figure out what went wrong, and help make it right. Most importantly, you take ownership, knowing that when you’re part of a team reshaping aerospace defense, you don’t wait for someone else to lead the way — you set the standard.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
