Con presencia en más de 100 países, Intertek ayuda a sus clientes a garantizar la calidad, seguridad y sostenibilidad de sus productos, procesos y sistemas a lo largo de toda la cadena de suministro.

Buscamos un/a Quality Manager / Lead Inspector con amplia experiencia para liderar actividades de aseguramiento de calidad en entornos de proyectos EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction). La persona seleccionada será responsable de supervisar la cualificación de proveedores, auditorías de fabricantes y la gestión de riesgos en la cadena de suministro, garantizando el cumplimiento de estándares de calidad y requisitos contractuales.

El rol implica una interacción constante con equipos multidisciplinares y proveedores internacionales, así como la elaboración de informes y presentación de resultados a niveles directivos (Head of Project). Se valorará experiencia en sectores industriales exigentes como automoción, energía, baterías o industria pesada.

Requirements

Mínimo 15 años de experiencia profesional en construcción, fabricación o entornos de proyectos industriales.

Al menos 5 años en posiciones de liderazgo, gestionando equipos de cualificación de proveedores, auditorías o aseguramiento de la cadena de suministro.

Experiencia demostrada en entornos de proyectos EPC, preferiblemente en sectores como automoción, energía, baterías o industria pesada.

Conocimiento sólido de:

  • Sistemas de gestión de calidad (ISO 9001, ISO 19011)
  • Gestión de riesgos en la cadena de suministro
  • Principios de gestión contractual

Experiencia en seguimiento de desempeño y gestión de proveedores basada en KPIs.

Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y reporting, con capacidad para presentar resultados a alta dirección.

Nivel alto de inglés (hablado y escrito).

Se valorará conocimiento de alemán y/o español.
