The posting

Per il potenziamento del team Quality, cerchiamo una figura di Quality Specialist che, rispondendo

al Quality Coordinator, garantisca che processi aziendali, prodotti e servizi siano conformi agli

standard di qualità, sicurezza e alle normative di settore. La risorsa si occuperà di prevenire i difetti, gestire le non conformità e ottimizzare la produzione.

La risorsa sarà inserita con orario full-time dal lunedì al venerdì, in presenza, presso la nostra

sede di Sulmona (AQ).

Responsabilità principali:

  • Gestire e supervisionare la qualità del prodotto in tutte le fasi del ciclo produttivo, assicurandone la conformità agli standard tecnici e alle specifiche del cliente.
  • Supportare le funzioni produttive nella gestione di non conformità, azioni correttive e preventive.
  • Gestire i rapporti con enti certificatori (audit), clienti, fornitori e consulenti.
  • Gestire i reclami dei clienti, dal ricevimento alla chiusura, garantendo tempi, qualità delle risposte e soddisfazione del cliente.
  • Aggiornare manuali, procedure operative standard e report di qualità
  • Collaborare nella gestione e aggiornamento della documentazione dei Sistemi di
  • Gestione Qualità e Ambientale (ISO 9001 – ISO 14001)
  • Analizzare indicatori di prestazione della qualità per identificare aree di miglioramento
  • Promuovere la cultura della qualità e della responsabilità ambientale all’interno dell’azienda attraverso formazione e sensibilizzazione.
  • Collaborare con altre funzioni aziendali (R&D, produzione, sales, customer service, manutenzione) per garantire l'efficace implementazione delle soluzioni sviluppate.

Requirements

Requisiti richiesti

  • Laurea in Ingegneria (meccanica, chimica) o in Biologia, Chimica, Scienze dei Materiali
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata (livello B2)
  • Breve esperienza in ruoli similari, maturata anche in contesti diversi dal nostro
  • Esperienza nella gestione della qualità verso clienti: audit, reclami
  • Buona padronanza del pacchetto Office
  • Spiccate capacità relazionali e comunicative, con forte orientamento al lavoro di squadra.
  • Attitudine al problem solving tecnico e operativo.
  • Capacità organizzative e di gestione delle priorità.
  • Approccio proattivo.
