The posting

Intertek, Multinazionale Leader nel settore ATIC (Assurance, Testing, Inspection, Certification), è alla ricerca di un Quality Tools Lead presso la bioraffineria di Venezia.

Responsabilità

  • Supportare il Project Quality Manager e il Quality Control Manager nella definizione delle informazioni necessarie per la corretta configurazione degli strumenti di qualità.
  • Garantire che i database QA relativi ad audit, formazione e gestione delle Non Conformità (NCR) siano correttamente implementati e mantenuti.
  • Coordinarsi con il dipartimento di amministrazione degli strumenti IT di costruzione per l’implementazione dei database QC dedicati al Mechanical Completion e alla tracciabilità delle saldature.
  • Fornire formazione a operatori e coordinatori sull’utilizzo degli strumenti QA/QC.
  • Monitorare il costante aggiornamento dei dati QA/QC e predisporre report destinati al progetto e ai team di dipartimento.
  • Identificare eventuali discrepanze o criticità nei dati caricati e supportare il Project Quality Manager e il Quality Control Manager nella definizione delle azioni correttive.
  • Definire linee guida volte a standardizzare l’approccio alla gestione dei dati qualità tra i diversi siti e collaborare con gli altri Quality Tools Specialist.
  • Raccogliere esperienze e feedback per favorire il miglioramento continuo degli strumenti di qualità.
  • Coordinarsi con i Quality Records Controller per garantire che la documentazione QA/QC in formato elettronico sia completa, correttamente organizzata e pronta per la consegna al cliente.

Requirements

Titolo di studio: Diploma di scuola superiore.

Esperienza: 3-5 anni di esperienza in un ruolo analogo nel settore Oil & Gas.

Lingue: Italiano e inglese.
