Contexte

Dans le cadre de l’accélération de son développement en Europe, Rag & Bone ouvrira son flagship parisien dans le Marais, avec une ouverture prévue fin août.

Cette ouverture représente une étape stratégique pour la marque. Nous constituons une équipe fondatrice, passionnée et engagée, capable de créer une expérience retail inspirante et de porter haut les standards Rag & Bone en France.

Le poste En tant que Sales Specialist, vous êtes un ambassadeur clé de la marque et jouez un rôle essentiel dans la création d’une expérience client premium. Vous contribuez activement à la performance du magasin en développant une relation personnalisée avec chaque client et en incarnant l’ADN Rag & Bone au quotidien.

Vos responsabilités

Expérience client & marque

  • Offrir une expérience client exceptionnelle, personnalisée et fidélisante
  • Développer une relation authentique avec chaque client et construire un portefeuille client
  • Démontrer une forte expertise produit et un bon sens du styling
  • Incarner l’esthétique et les valeurs de la marque
  • Garantir une expérience homogène et qualitative
  • Contribuer au merchandising (mise en place, vitrines, floor sets)

Performance commerciale

  • Atteindre et dépasser les objectifs de vente
  • Suivre et contribuer aux indicateurs de performance (KPI)
  • Développer le chiffre d’affaires via le clienteling et les prises de rendez-vous
  • Identifier des opportunités et développer la fidélisation
  • Participer activement à la dynamique commerciale du magasin

Excellence opérationnelle

  • Appliquer rigoureusement les procédures et standards de la marque
  • Participer à la gestion des stocks et garantir leur fiabilité
  • Assurer un traitement précis des transactions en caisse
  • Contribuer à la bonne tenue du magasin au quotidien

Collaboration & esprit d’équipe

  • Contribuer à une atmosphère de travail positive, dynamique et professionnelle
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe et le management
  • Être proactif dans le support aux autres membres de l’équipe
  • Accueillir les feedbacks et s’inscrire dans une logique de progression continue

  • Expérience en vente idéalement dans un environnement premium ou luxe
  • Forte sensibilité produit et culture mode
  • Excellent sens du service et du relationnel
  • Capacité à développer et fidéliser une clientèle
  • Esprit commercial et sens du résultat
  • Dynamisme, proactivité et esprit d’initiative
  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement exigeant et en évolution
  • Esprit d’équipe et attitude positive
  • Bonne maîtrise de l’anglais (environnement international)
