Contexte Dans le cadre de l’accélération de son développement en Europe, Rag & Bone ouvrira son flagship parisien dans le Marais, avec une ouverture prévue fin août. Cette ouverture représente une étape stratégique pour la marque. Nous constituons une équipe fondatrice, capable de créer une expérience retail inspirante et de porter haut les standards Rag & Bone en France.

Le poste En tant qu’Assistant(e) Store Manager, vous êtes un membre clé de l’équipe de direction du flagship et le bras droit du Store Manager. Vous l’accompagnez dans la mise en œuvre de sa vision, contribuez activement à la performance, au développement des talents et à une expérience client premium, tout en participant à la construction de l’identité du magasin dès son ouverture.

Vos responsabilités

Expérience de marque

  • Créer une expérience client premium, mémorable et cohérente
  • Insuffler l’ADN Rag & Bone et transmettre la culture produit
  • Développer l’expertise de l’équipe et garantir un service irréprochable

Performance commerciale

  • Contribuer au pilotage de la performance commerciale et à l’atteinte des objectifs du flagship
  • Participer à l’analyse des KPIs et à la définition des plans d’action
  • Développer le potentiel du magasin et saisir les opportunités marché

Leadership

  • Coacher, former et développer les conseillers de vente et superviseurs
  • Soutenir le Store Manager dans la fédération de l’équipe autour d’une vision commune, claire et ambitieuse
  • Accompagner la montée en compétences et encourager l’initiative
  • Assurer une présence de terrain exemplaire et remplacer le Store Manager en son absence

Opérations

  • Contribuer à l’excellence opérationnelle du magasin au quotidien
  • Participer à l’élaboration des plannings et à l’optimisation des ressources et process
  • Veiller à la rigueur des procédures (caisse, stock, paie, etc.)

Collaboration & environnement international

  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes siège à New York
  • Collaborer avec les équipes Europe (retail, VM, buying, support)
  • Remonter les informations terrain de façon qualitative et quantitative

Merchandising

  • Contribuer à l’adaptation de l’assortiment aux spécificités du marché parisien
  • Collaborer avec les équipes VM et achats

Requirements

Profil recherché

  • Minimum 3 ans d’expérience en retail spécialisé, dont 1 à 2 ans en management
  • Expérience en environnement premium, luxe ou contemporary
  • Forte sensibilité produit et culture mode
  • Capacité à contribuer au pilotage d’un business avec une approche analytique
  • Leadership naturel et capacité à accompagner une équipe
  • Esprit entrepreneurial et capacité à travailler en autonomie
  • Capacité à “get things done” dans un environnement en construction
  • À l’aise dans un environnement international (anglais courant indispensable)
