The posting

Empresa privada busca incorporar a su equipo en Santiago a un/a Analista Inmobiliario, con sólidas capacidades analíticas y orientación a resultados.

La posición tendrá un rol relevante en el análisis de mercados, la evaluación de oportunidades de inversión y la elaboración de información estratégica para la toma de decisiones. Buscamos una persona proactiva, rigurosa y con interés en aplicar herramientas tecnológicas avanzadas para optimizar procesos y análisis.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Realizar estudios de mercado, analizando tendencias, oferta, demanda, precios y otras variables relevantes.
  • Desarrollar y mantener modelos financieros para evaluar inversiones, rentabilidad, viabilidad y flujos de caja.
  • Participar en procesos de due diligence, recopilando y analizando antecedentes financieros, comerciales y operacionales.
  • Elaborar informes y presentaciones con hallazgos, métricas clave y recomendaciones estratégicas para la toma de decisiones.
  • Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios en la identificación de oportunidades de negocio y la optimización de portafolios de inversión.
  • Monitorear el desempeño de activos y proyectos, identificando riesgos, desviaciones y oportunidades de mejora.
  • Contribuir al perfeccionamiento continuo de las metodologías y herramientas de análisis.
  • Explorar e implementar tecnologías y soluciones innovadoras que permitan mejorar la eficiencia de los procesos internos.

Requisitos

  • Al menos 2 a 3 años de experiencia en análisis de inversiones, consultoría, banca de inversión, fondos de inversión, evaluación de proyectos o áreas relacionadas.
  • Dominio avanzado de Microsoft Excel y experiencia sólida en modelamiento financiero.
  • Capacidad para analizar grandes volúmenes de información y convertirlos en conclusiones estratégicas y accionables.
  • Proactividad, atención al detalle y capacidad para trabajar tanto de manera autónoma como colaborativa.
  • Habilidad para desenvolverse en un entorno dinámico y de alto rendimiento.
  • Excelentes capacidades de comunicación oral y escrita, especialmente para presentar informes y resultados ante distintos niveles de la organización.
  • Se valorará el manejo de herramientas tecnológicas avanzadas, incluida la inteligencia artificial, aplicadas a la optimización de análisis y procesos.
