Η Mellon Technologies,αναζητά Στελέχη Διαχείρισης Ακινήτων,εκ μέρους μεγάλου οργανισμού που δραστηριοποιείται στο Real Estate,για τα κεντρικά γραφεία τους στην περιοχή του Ταύρου.

Κύρια Αρμοδιότητα είναι η παροχή υποστηρικτικών εργασιών που απαιτούνται για την συνολική διαχείριση ακινήτων τα οποία προέρχονται από πλειστηριασμούς.

Role Description:

  • Tεχνική Διεύθυνση , ο ρόλος αφορά στη Τεχνική Υπηρεσία των Ακινήτων , τον συντονισμό ων εξωτερικών συνεργατών για την διευθέτηση τεχνικών ενεργειών στα ακίνητα υπό διαχείριση καθώς και στις λοιπές ενέργειες
  • Πλατφόρμες , Ο ρόλος αφορά την υποστήριξη, την ενημέρωση και την επικαιροποιήση των στοιχείων ακινήτων στην ηλεκτρονική πλατφόρμα διαχείρισης ακίνητών στη Μονάδα Real Estate.
  • Πωλήσεις, Ο ρόλος για τις πωλήσεις στην Μονάδα του Real Estate αφορά τον συντονισμό και την υποστήριξη των ενεργειών προώθησης ακινήτων είτε μέσω της ηλεκτρονικής πλατφόρμας είτε μέσω εξωτερικού δικτύου μεσιτών

Requirements

  • Πτυχίο ανώτατου ή ανώτερου εκπαιδευτικού ιδρύματος, κατά προτίμηση με κατεύθυνση στα Οικονομικά ή Χρηματοοικονομικά
  • Επιθυμητή εργασιακή εμπειρία στη διαχείριση μη εξυπηρετούμενων δανείων, σε εξυπηρέτηση πελατών ή σε πωλήσεις
  • Προσανατολισμός στο αποτέλεσμα και δυνατότητα επίτευξης στόχων εντός των χρονικών προδιαγραφών
  • Συνεργασία εντός της ομάδας.
  • Ανεπτυγμένη επικοινωνιακή και διαπραγματευτική ικανότητα
  • Kαλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας και χειρισμού MS Office
