Für eine renommierte Kanzlei suchen wir einen Rechtsanwalt, Fachanwalt für Steuerrecht (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung des bestehenden Teams. Die Kanzlei berät nationale und internationale Mandanten und zeichnet sich durch anspruchsvolle Mandate, kurze Entscheidungswege und eine kollegiale Arbeitsatmosphäre aus.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Beratung im Steuer-, Gesellschafts- und Handelsrecht
  • Beurteilung und Lösung komplexer steuer- und gesellschaftsrechtlicher Fragestellungen
  • Rechtliche und steuerliche Begleitung von M&A-Transaktionen, inkl. Due-Diligence-Prüfungen und Strukturierung
  • Begleitung von Umstrukturierungen innerhalb von Unternehmensgruppen
  • Beratung bei Immobilientransaktionen, Projektgesellschaften, Joint Ventures sowie Private-Equity-Strukturen
  • Begleitung von Betriebsprüfungen sowie steuerlichen und finanzgerichtlichen Verfahren
  • Führung von Rechtsbehelfs- und Klageverfahren vor Finanz- und ordentlichen Gerichten
  • Eigenständige Mandatsbearbeitung und -betreuung

Requirements

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene juristische Staatsexamina
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Steuer- und Gesellschaftsrecht
  • Zulassung als Rechtsanwalt, idealerweise mit Fachanwaltsbezeichnung für Steuerrecht (m/w/d)
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe steuerliche und rechtliche Sachverhalte verständlich und mandantenorientiert aufzubereiten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Kommunikatives, professionelles Auftreten sowie ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
