Ich suche für das Team einer bundesweittätigen Wirtschaftskanzlei in Dortmund ab sofort eine/n Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte/n oder Rechtsanwalts- und Notarfachangestellte/n (m/w/d), die/der Lust hat, durchzustarten!

Was wird geboten? Ein Gehalt, das sich sehen lassen kann, flexible Arbeitszeiten und jede Menge Möglichkeiten, dich sowohl fachlich als auch persönlich weiterzuentwickeln. Wir stehen auf langfristige und partnerschaftliche Zusammenarbeit – bist du dabei?

Du kümmerst dich eigenverantwortlich um die Organisation des Sekretariats, bearbeitest Korrespondenz, führst Akten, erledigst Ablage und Wiedervorlagen, bist der erste Ansprechpartner für unsere Mandanten im Team, organisierst den Telefon- und E-Mail-Kontakt, bereitest Unterlagen vor, koordinierst Termine, erstellst Honorar- und Reisekostenabrechnungen und unterstützt bei der Mandatsbearbeitung sowie bei kleineren Projekten, die du selbstständig umsetzt.

Requirements

· Sie sind eine Persönlichkeit, die mitdenkt und proaktiv mit den Kollegen zusammenarbeitet

· Sie arbeiten überdies selbstständig, sind freundlich, flexibel, zuverlässig und serviceorientiert

· Sie sind bestens mit MS-Office vertraut

· Sie arbeiten gerne im Team

· Ausbildung als Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte/r oder Rechtsanwalts- und Notarfachangestellte/r oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (m/w/d)

· Sie verfügen über gute Englischkenntnisse
