Deine Aufgaben:

  • Selbstständige Korrespondenz mit Mandant:innen, Gerichten und Behörden
  • Berechnung, Eintragung und Überwachung von Fristen, Terminen und Wiedervorlagen
  • Bearbeitung von Mahnverfahren und Zwangsvollstreckung - je nach Kenntnissen, Einarbeitung möglich
  • Erstellung von Kostenrechnungen nach RVG sowie nach Honorarnote
  • Erstellung von Schriftsätzen – selbstständig oder nach Vorlage
  • Bearbeitung des beA-Postfachs (Posteingang/-ausgang)
  • Anlage und Aktualisierung digitaler Fallakten

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte:r oder einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Kanzleiumfeld
  • Diskretion und Verantwortungsbewusstsein im Umgang mit sensiblen Mandats- und Personaldaten
  • Eigeninteresse, die Geschehnisse der Kanzlei mitzugestalten und dich nach Fähigkeiten einzubringen
  • Teamplayer-Mentalität: du unterstützt, forderst bei Bedarf Informationen ein und bringst dich konstruktiv ein, damit Abläufe rund laufen und stetig verbessert werden
