In den nächsten Jahren folgen über 100 weitere Standorte in Europa. Neben unseren Studios wächst auch unser E-Commerce mit eigenen Self-Care-Produkten stark weiter.

Deine Kernaufgaben

  • Recruiting-Strategie: Entwicklung und Umsetzung innovativer Rekrutierungsstrategien zur Sicherstellung der kontinuierlichen Personalbesetzung.
  • Sourcing & Akquise: Aktive Ansprache potenzieller Kandidat/-innen über verschiedene Kanäle (Bewerberfunnel, Online-Plattformen, Social Media, Netzwerke, ATS, Workable , Bewerbermessen).
  • Bewerbermanagement: Eigenständige Durchführung von Bewerbungsgesprächen, Auswahlverfahren & Einstellungen.
  • Onboarding: Organisation und Implementierung eines reibungslosen Onboarding-Prozesses für neue Mitarbeiter/-innen.
  • Employer Branding: Stärkung der Arbeitgebermarke Soulhouse durch die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Kampagnen, Maßnahmen & Workshops zur Mitarbeiterbindung und -gewinnung.
  • Prozessoptimierung: Kontinuierliche Optimierung der Recruiting-Prozesse und Zusammenarbeit mit dem HR-Team, um effiziente Abläufe zu gewährleisten.

Requirements

Das bringst du mit

  • Ausbildung: Abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im Bereich Personalwesen.
  • Erfahrung: Mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Recruiting, vorzugsweise in einem schnell wachsenden Unternehmen oder Startup-Umfeld aus der Dienstleistungsbranche.
  • Fähigkeiten: Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Menschen und bist in der Lage, sowohl strategisch als auch operativ zu arbeiten. Deine Kommunikation ist klar und zielgerichtet, und du bist ein Organisationstalent.
  • Sprachen: Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Spanischkenntnisse sind wünschenswert, weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil.
  • Sonstiges: Eine ausgeprägte „Hands-On“-Mentalität, eine hohe Affinität zu Wellness und Lifestyle-Themen sowie die Fähigkeit, auch in einem dynamischen Umfeld strukturiert zu arbeiten. Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse (Microsoft 365) vorausgesetzt.
