Buscamos un/a Recruiter para sumarse a un equipo de manera full-time y 100% remota, con foco en la identificación, evaluación y selección de talento.

Buscamos una persona organizada, proactiva y con buen criterio para identificar perfiles adecuados, llevar adelante procesos de selección de punta a punta y garantizar una buena experiencia tanto para los candidatos como para los equipos involucrados.

Es una oportunidad ideal para alguien que disfrute trabajar de forma autónoma, gestionar múltiples búsquedas en paralelo y encontrar el talento adecuado para cada necesidad.

💼 ¿Qué vas a hacer?

  • Gestionar procesos de selección de principio a fin.
  • Entender los requerimientos de cada posición y definir el perfil buscado.
  • Publicar búsquedas en diferentes canales y plataformas.
  • Realizar sourcing activo de candidatos.
  • Buscar y contactar perfiles a través de LinkedIn y otras fuentes de talento.
  • Realizar screening inicial y entrevistas con candidatos.
  • Evaluar experiencia, habilidades y fit con cada posición.
  • Mantener una comunicación fluida con los candidatos durante todo el proceso.
  • Coordinar entrevistas y dar seguimiento a las distintas etapas.
  • Presentar candidatos potenciales de manera clara y ordenada.
  • Mantener actualizada la información de los procesos y candidatos.
  • Dar seguimiento a métricas y avances de las búsquedas.
  • Proponer nuevas estrategias y canales para mejorar la calidad y velocidad de contratación.

🔎 ¿Qué buscamos?

  • Experiencia previa trabajando como Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist o similar.
  • Experiencia gestionando procesos de selección de manera autónoma.
  • Buen manejo de sourcing y búsqueda activa de talento.
  • Experiencia realizando entrevistas y screening de candidatos.
  • Excelente comunicación oral y escrita.
  • Capacidad para evaluar perfiles más allá de los requisitos básicos de un CV.
  • Organización para manejar múltiples búsquedas y prioridades simultáneamente.
  • Proactividad y capacidad para trabajar con autonomía.
  • Orientación a resultados y cumplimiento de objetivos.
  • Buen criterio para identificar talento y entender el fit entre candidato y posición.
  • Manejo de herramientas digitales y plataformas de recruiting.

⭐ Será especialmente valorado

  • Experiencia reclutando perfiles profesionales, comerciales, administrativos o tecnológicos.
  • Experiencia realizando búsquedas para distintos tipos de industrias.
  • Manejo de LinkedIn Recruiter u otras herramientas de sourcing.
  • Experiencia trabajando con ATS.
  • Experiencia en procesos de selección para empresas internacionales o equipos remotos.
  • Inglés intermedio/avanzado.
  • Experiencia trabajando con métricas de recruiting, como time-to-hire, cantidad de candidatos contactados, entrevistas y conversiones.
