👉 Figura ricercata: PERSONALE PER LA PRODUZIONE

ALPI, realtà industriale italiana leader nella trasformazione del legno e punto di riferimento internazionale nella produzione di superfici decorative in legno composto per i settori arredamento, design, nautica, hotellerie e automotive, ricerca nuove risorse da inserire nel proprio stabilimento produttivo di Modigliana. Il Gruppo opera a livello internazionale e il sito produttivo romagnolo conta oltre 500 collaboratori.

Per supportare il proprio piano di sviluppo, ALPI prevede l'inserimento di circa 20 nuove risorse entro il mese di ottobre.

Cosa farai?

Dopo un periodo di formazione e affiancamento, entrerai a far parte dei reparti produttivi occupandoti delle diverse fasi di lavorazione del legno.

Potrai essere inserito/a in una delle seguenti aree:

Area 1 - Trasformazione del Prodotto

  • Sfogliatura automatica del materiale;
  • Carico e movimentazione delle gabbie colore mediante transpallet;
  • Attività di cambio colore e miscelazione;
  • Essiccazione del materiale naturale e tinto;
  • Controllo visivo del prodotto tramite schede tecniche;
  • Individuazione di eventuali imperfezioni o difetti di lavorazione;
  • Composizione automatica dei blocchi

Area 2 - Creazione delle Venature

  • Incollaggio dei fogli;
  • Attività di pressatura, segagione e piallatura;
  • Tranciatura dei blocchi;
  • Essiccazione del prodotto.

Area 3 - Collaudo finale e Confezionamento

  • Verifica qualitativa finale del prodotto;
  • Controllo visivo dettagliato delle superfici;
  • Rifiniture e piccoli interventi manuali per eliminare le imperfezioni;
  • Confezionamento del prodotto finito.

Requirements

👤 Sei il profilo giusto se:

  • Sei disponibile a lavorare anche su 3 turni: 06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00 / 22:00 - 06:00;
  • Possiedi una buona conoscenza della lingua italiana scritta e parlata (livello minimo B2);
  • Hai buona manualità e attenzione ai dettagli;
  • Sei una persona precisa, affidabile e orientata alla qualità;
  • Hai disponibilità e flessibilità organizzativa;
  • Apprezzi il lavoro in team.

Costituiscono titolo preferenziale:

  • Esperienza in attività manuali di precisione;
  • Esperienza nei settori tessile, sartoria, confezionamento, calzaturiero, elettronico o controllo qualità;
  • Esperienza in contesti produttivi o manifatturieri;
  • Esperienza nel settore legno;
  • Utilizzo di transpallet o carrello elevatore e relativo patentino.

Non è richiesta esperienza specifica nel settore legno: ALPI è disponibile a formare direttamente le persone inserite.
