About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment field within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is organized, people-oriented, and eager to learn.

Schedule: To be discussed during the interview.

Responsibilities

  • Support the recruitment team in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and other platforms
  • Assist in the coordination and administration of candidate assessments
  • Welcome and receive candidates upon arrival, ensuring a positive and professional first impression
  • Conduct mini interviews and initial screenings to evaluate candidate profiles
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems
  • Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) is required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • People-oriented with a positive and professional attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and availability to work on-site
  • Assist with job postings and employer branding initiatives
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR and Recruitment team as needed
