主要職責 領導日常區域 IT 營運，並指導資深 IT 專員及 IT 專員團隊。 擔任複雜桌面支援、端點設備、帳號存取、網路、應用程式及基礎架構問題的升級處理窗口。 管理基礎架構協調工作，包括網路連線、Wi-Fi、VPN、防火牆、備份及災難復原準備。 標準化 IT 支援流程，包括新員工入職、離職、資產管理、設備設定、軟體安裝及權限申請。 支援 LarkSuite 作為核心協作平台，並管理使用者帳號、權限及平台導入與使用推廣。 於適用情況下支援 Google Workspace 管理。 提供 FortiGate 防火牆及網路安全支援，包括政策審查、VPN、WAN／網際網路疑難排解、供應商升級處理及文件化。 推動端點防護、系統修補、核准軟體控管、管理員權限控管及設備安全基準。 協調網際網路、網路、防火牆、硬體、SaaS 及 IT 服務交付相關供應商。 支援 IT 政策推行、稽核準備、資安改善、成本分析及區域 IT 藍圖規劃。

任職要求 具 IT、電腦科學、資訊系統、資安、網路工程或相關領域之學士學位或文憑。 具備 6–8 年 IT 營運、基礎架構支援、桌面支援、端點管理、網路支援或系統管理經驗。 具備 2–3 年團隊領導、升級支援負責人、專案協調或區域支援經驗者佳。 具備支援多國使用者、遠端辦公室或共享服務模式經驗者尤佳。

技術能力 LarkSuite 管理 Google Workspace 管理 FortiGate 防火牆、VPN、WAN、Wi-Fi、DNS、DHCP、IP 位址管理 Windows、macOS／iOS 及行動端點設備支援 IT 資產管理、軟體控管、備份、災難復原及 IT 文件管理 具備 Microsoft 365、Intune、Defender、Purview 及 Conditional Access 經驗者為加分條件

優先考慮證照 ITILFoundation、Fortinet NSE／FortiGate 認證、CompTIA Network+／Security+、CCNA、Google WorkspaceAdministrator、LarkSuite 管理經驗，或 Microsoft／Azure／M365 相關認證。
