  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through active prospecting, customer acquisition, and strategic partnerships.
  • Recruit, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing B2B sales team.
  • Take a hands-on approach to sales leadership, actively participating in customer meetings, negotiations, and key commercial opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, system integrators, resellers, and business partners.
  • Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent business development activities and achievement of commercial targets.
  • Identify new market segments and opportunities across industries such as industrial automation, telecommunications, energy, and Industrial IoT.
  • Set commercial priorities, monitor team performance, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to support individual and collective results.
  • Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of sales team members.
  • Monitor sales forecasts, commercial KPIs, pipeline performance, and CRM reporting.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business decisions and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with technical, product, logistics, and international teams to provide effective solutions and support customer requirements.
  • Contribute to the implementation of global commercial strategies and their adaptation to the Brazilian market.
  • Represent Teltonika in customer visits, business meetings, industry exhibitions, and relevant networking events.

What we expect of you:

  • At least 5 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in technology, telecommunications, networking, industrial connectivity, or related industries.
  • At least 2 years of experience leading sales teams, including coaching, performance management, and team development.
  • Proven experience selling physical hardware products in a B2B environment, preferably networking equipment, telecommunications hardware, industrial connectivity devices, or related technologies.
  • Strong Hunter profile, with demonstrated experience in active prospecting, new customer acquisition, and business development.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, expanding customer portfolios, and generating revenue growth.
  • Experience recruiting, developing, and managing commercial teams.
  • Ability to combine strategic leadership with hands-on sales activities and customer engagement.
  • Experience working with distributors, resellers, system integrators, channel partners, or enterprise customers.
  • Knowledge of consultative B2B sales, commercial negotiations, and solution-oriented selling.
  • Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines, forecasts, and commercial KPIs.
  • Professional working proficiency in English (B2 level or higher), with the ability to communicate effectively with international leadership.
  • Fluent Portuguese, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, independent, organized, and results-oriented approach.
  • Availability to work 4 days per week on-site in Pinheiros, São Paulo, with 1 remote day.
  • Willingness to travel for business meetings, customer visits, and industry events.

The following will be considered advantages:

  • Knowledge of Industrial IoT, M2M, Industry 4.0, industrial automation, or telecommunications infrastructure.
  • Experience developing Go-to-Market strategies and expanding sales operations.
  • Previous experience working with international teams or multinational companies.
  • Established professional network within the Brazilian networking, telecommunications, or industrial technology market.

  • Hybrid work model: 4 days on-site in our Pinheiros office, São Paulo, and 1 day remote.
  • Meal benefits: Caju benefits card, according to company policy.
  • Health and well-being: Medical and dental insurance, TotalPass, and life insurance.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
