Job responsibilities: - Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve sales targets and market growth. - Identify and establish relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the region. - Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. - Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company objectives. - Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients. - Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. - Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products. - Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote Changan's brand and products.

Job requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry. - Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and customer preferences. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. - Willingness to travel within the region as required. - Fluency in English and the regional language is preferred.
