Wir suchen wortgewandte, detailorientierte Talente für unser internationales Team vor Ort in Athen. Du arbeitest für ein Projekt einer der renommiertesten und prämiertesten Fluggesellschaften der Welt: Singapore Airlines!

Keine Sorge, du teilst keine Erdnüsse auf 10.000 Metern Höhe aus – du bist der Held hinter den Kulissen, der komplexe Buchungsfragen, Geschäftsreisen und Partner-Anfragen löst.

💻 Was du konkret machst

Das hier ist kein chaotisches Callcenter, in dem du Standard-Skripte abliest. Du arbeitest im spezialisierten B2B-Bereich (Business-to-Business) direkt mit Reisebüros, Firmenkunden und Geschäftspartnern.

Der Arbeitsalltag teilt sich auf in 80 % schriftlichen Support (E-Mail & Chat) und 20 % telefonische Unterstützung:

  • 🎟️ Der VIP-Gruppen-Support: Du bearbeitest Gruppenangebote, Verkäufe und die komplette Betreuung bis zum Abflug. (Perfekt für Detailverliebte!)
  • 🚑 Sonderfälle & Prioritäten: Du kümmerst dich um medizinische Sonderanfragen, spezielle Betreuungswünsche und manuelle Rückerstattungen. (Perfekt für kühlen Kopf & schnelle Lösungen!)
  • 🧩 Tägliches Rätsellösen: Du hilfst Geschäftspartnern bei Flugplanänderungen, Ticket-Upgrades, Namenskorrekturen und Meilengutschriften.
  • 🖥️ Multitasking-Profi: Du steuerst souverän 8–9 interne Software-Tools und verfolgst deine Fälle eigenverantwortlich.

Requirements

🧳 Das bringst du mit

Du brauchst keine jahrelange Erfahrung in der Luftfahrtbranche – wichtig sind Motivation, eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Lust auf ein Abenteuer!

  • Sprachkenntnisse: Muttersprache oder C1-Niveau in Deutsch sowie solide Englischkenntnisse (B2) für Schulungen und Systeme.
  • Ausbildung & Erfahrung: Schulabschluss oder Studium + mindestens 6 Monate Erfahrung im Kundenservice. (Erfahrung in der Touristik, Hotellerie oder mit Buchungssystemen wie Amadeus ist ein Pluspunkt!)
  • PC-Skills: Gute Computerkenntnisse, zügiges Tippen (25wpm bei 100 % Genauigkeit) und Freude am Umgang mit verschiedenen Software-Programmen.
  • Einstellung: Mindestens 18 Jahre alt, zuverlässig und bereit für ein Engagement von mindestens 1 Jahr in Griechenland.
