Your mission

We are looking for a Relationship Manager to build and preserve trusting relationships with our clients. We’ll rely on you to find ways to outperform our competition and maintain our company’s positive image.

To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, able to work with sales and marketing teams and build rapport with clients. We also expect you to be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.

Ultimately, you’ll maintain strong relationships with our enterprise clients to boost our brand, relationships and profits in the long-run.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-value clients.
  • Understand clients’ needs and develop plans to address them.
  • Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships.
  • Resolve clients issues quickly and effectively.
  • Forward upselling and perform cross-selling opportunities.
  • Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes.
  • Aim to preserve and developed assigned portfolio of clients.
  • Approach potential customers to establish relationships.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a client’s relationship manager within the payments or fintech industry - Must
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices.
  • Experience in sales or clients service is preferred.
  • Knowledge of payment processing, digital payments, card schemes, and industry regulations.
  • Problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Aptitude for fostering positive relationships.
  • Ability to work in a team, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Customer-oriented mindset.
  • BSc/BA in Business Administration or similar field.
  • Excellent written and verbal English

The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is EUR 29,000- 36,000 EUR (gross). This range represents the expected starting salary for candidates hired into this role in the specified location. If the position is filled in a different location, a different salary range may apply due to objective factors such as local labor market conditions and cost of living.

This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Nuvei and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and specific location. Applicants not located in the primary location may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
