Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with affluent and high-net-worth clients through regular, in-depth and needs-based engagement. Understand clients’ financial objectives, investment preferences, risk tolerance, liquidity needs and wealth planning requirements
  • Provide suitable wealth management and asset allocation solutions in accordance with clients’ needs, risk profiles, applicable regulations and internal policies. Support the growth and retention of client assets through professional and client-centred service
  • Identify high-potential client opportunities and introduce the platform’s approved investment products and financial solutions in a clear, professional and compliant manner. Communicate the relevant product features, risks and suitability considerations to clients
  • Conduct regular client reviews to identify needs relating to wealth preservation, long-term wealth growth, asset allocation and risk management. Work closely with internal product, investment advisory, operations and compliance teams to deliver appropriate client solutions
  • Contribute to agreed team objectives, including assets under management (AUM), net new assets, client asset retention, revenue contribution, client engagement and service quality, while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulatory and internal requirements
  • Provide clients with timely market updates, market analysis and relevant product information. Respond promptly to day-to-day client enquiries and service requests, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve client issues efficiently
  • Handle client feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring proper documentation, timely escalation and resolution in accordance with internal policies and procedures
  • Strengthen client loyalty and long-term engagement through one-to-one meetings, client seminars, investment strategy briefings, investor education events and other approved client engagement activities. Identify appropriate client referral and asset consolidation opportunities based on clients’ needs and suitability

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance, economics or related fields is preferred
  • Proficient in Cantonese and Mandarin as working languages, English fluency is a plus
  • Eligible Hong Kong work visa (e.g., IANG, TTPS, QMAS)
  • At least 2 years of working experience in relevant industries such as private banking departments of banks, wealth management departments of securities companies, and third-party wealth management institutions;
  • Familiar with the business processes and relevant regulations of private wealth management, and equipped with risk and compliance awareness;
  • Familiar with the basic knowledge of various financial products, good at tapping into clients' core investment demands, and equipped with relevant knowledge and marketing capabilities in Asset Allocation and wealth management;
  • Possess excellent communication and presentation skills, a strong team spirit, and a highly result-oriented mindset; prioritize customers, have a strong sense of service, and are capable of delivering exceptional, high-quality services to clients.
  • Candidates holding Type 1 and Type 4 licenses issued by the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong, or having passed Papers 1,7 & 8 of the Securities and Futures Examination will be given priority.
