Fisher Agencies is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Entry-Level Leaders. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop leadership skills while working remotely in a dynamic and supportive environment.

As a Remote Entry-Level Leader, you will support and mentor sales agents, help monitor performance, and assist in developing sales strategies aimed at driving success after you learn the business yourself. You will gain valuable experience in management, communication, and team-building within a company dedicated to growth and employee development.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
