Full-Cycle Sales Closer

Industry: Roofing / Home Services Marketing Agency Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor | Commission Only Location: Remote — U.S.-based preferred; West Coast strongly advantageous Role Type: Hybrid Setter + Closer / Full-Cycle Sales Core Commission: 10% of cash collected on new sales Initial Earnings: Approximately $5,000–$6,000/month at the initial 10-close target Upside: Target path toward ~$10,000–$12,000/month as lead volume and ad spend scale Sales Target: Initial target of 10 new clients/month, with volume expected to scale with performance Start: ASAP

About the Opportunity

Our client is a growth-focused digital marketing agency specializing in helping roofing companies generate qualified booked appointments and grow revenue through paid acquisition. They're hiring an experienced Full-Cycle Sales Closer to take ownership of the sales process from the moment a new lead enters the pipeline through qualification, appointment confirmation, closing, payment, and follow-up.

This is not a traditional closer role where you simply show up to a full calendar. You'll also act as the setter — responding quickly to new inbound leads, running short confirmation calls, recovering no-shows, and re-engaging older opportunities. The biggest opportunity is at the finish line: prospects are qualified and often interested, but the business needs a confident closer who can handle objections, create urgency, and secure payment on the call.

What You'll Own

  • Respond rapidly to new inbound leads from paid advertising and make first contact while intent is high
  • Run a brief confirmation/qualification call for every booked appointment to improve show rate and confirm fit
  • Own scheduled sales calls from discovery through objection handling, commitment, payment, and close
  • Drive one-call closes whenever appropriate rather than relying on long post-call follow-up cycles
  • Re-engage no-shows, unclosed prospects, and older leads already inside GoHighLevel
  • Maintain disciplined follow-up by phone, text, and email until an opportunity is clearly won or lost
  • Keep GoHighLevel accurate and current, including lead status, notes, follow-up tasks, and pipeline activity
  • Review call recordings, learn the offer deeply, and continuously improve objection handling and close rate
  • Identify future opportunities for additional services such as websites, SEO, and related marketing solutions once eligible

The Sales Environment

  • Current lead flow is primarily inbound from Meta advertising, with additional reactivation of older leads
  • Historically, the calendar has produced roughly 5–8 sales meetings per week, with the intention to scale toward ~10+ as performance improves
  • A large share of new leads arrive on Saturdays and Sundays, and some arrive during evening hours — fast weekend/evening response is especially valuable
  • Sales meetings run within structured calendar hours; the role requires flexibility for speed-to-lead and confirmations outside those windows
  • The company is prepared to increase ad spend as the closer proves consistent conversion, creating a direct path to more calls, more closes, and higher commission income

The Offer You'll Sell

The core offer is a roofing customer-acquisition program built around Google Ads and a booked-appointment guarantee. Clients commit to an initial 90-day engagement and maintain their own advertising budget.

  • $6,000 paid in full for the initial 90 days, followed by approximately $2,000/month after the initial period, or
  • $2,500/month during the initial 90-day period, with commission paid only as each payment is actually collected
  • Clients are expected to maintain at least approximately $3,000/month in ad spend
  • The core guarantee is 35 booked roofing appointments within 90 days, or continued service at no management fee until the guarantee is fulfilled

Earning Potential

This is a commission-only 1099 role. The core structure is 10% of cash collected on new business, designed to scale directly with your production and the company's ability to reinvest into lead generation.

  • $6,000 paid-in-full sale → $600 commission once the cash is collected
  • $2,500/month initial plan → $250 commission on each of the first three collected payments (up to $750 on that initial 90-day sale if all three payments are collected)
  • Initial performance target: approximately 10 closes per month, expected to produce roughly $5,000–$6,000/month in commission during the ramp period based on the current offer mix
  • Upside target (not guaranteed): as closes generate additional cash and the company increases ad spend and lead volume, the intended earnings path is approximately $10,000–$12,000/month for a strong closer
  • Future upsells such as websites, SEO, or other additional services are eligible for a 10% commission when sold and collected
  • Commissions are based on cash collected; refunds or chargebacks may be clawed back from future commissions

Schedule & Availability

  • Remote role with structured sales-call availability during U.S. business hours
  • Strong preference for candidates who can provide West Coast and/or evening coverage
  • Weekend responsiveness is important, since a significant portion of new leads arrive on Saturday and Sunday
  • You are not expected to be available 24/7, but speed-to-lead matters — comfort responding to new opportunities and confirmations outside a rigid 9-to-5 schedule when reasonably available is expected

What Success Looks Like

  • Every new lead is contacted quickly and receives a professional qualification/confirmation experience
  • Show rate improves through consistent confirmation and no-show recovery
  • Qualified prospects are closed decisively on the sales call whenever possible
  • Production builds toward approximately 10 new clients per month initially, with higher production expected as lead volume scales
  • Pipeline and follow-up are fully owned inside GoHighLevel, with no qualified opportunity falling through the cracks
  • Strong performance gives the company confidence to reinvest aggressively into advertising and expand your earning opportunity

Requirements

What We're Looking For / Must-Haves

  • Proven experience closing high-ticket services or B2B offers — this is not an entry-level sales role
  • Strong objection handling and the ability to confidently ask for the sale and payment on the call
  • Comfort owning both setting and closing rather than relying on a separate SDR/setter
  • Excellent phone presence: confident, quick on your feet, persuasive, and direct without sounding overly scripted or "salesy"
  • Down-to-earth communication style that can build credibility with roofing business owners
  • High urgency and disciplined follow-up; you do not let warm opportunities disappear because the first call didn't close
  • Comfort working in GoHighLevel or a similar CRM
  • Strong personal accountability, integrity, and ability to work independently in a performance-driven environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience with digital marketing, agencies, roofing, home services, contracting, or local-service businesses (roofing/home-services experience is a major advantage, though exceptional closers from adjacent industries will be considered)
  • GoHighLevel experience specifically

Benefits

  • Uncapped, performance-based earning potential — commission scales directly with production, with an upside path toward $10,000–$12,000/month for strong performers
  • Fast ramp to income — an initial 10-close/month target is designed to generate $5,000–$6,000/month in commission during the ramp period
  • Fully remote role with flexible day-to-day scheduling around core sales-call availability
  • Growth-driven environment — the company is prepared to reinvest in ad spend and lead volume as performance improves, directly expanding your earning opportunity
  • Expansion opportunities — eligibility to earn commission on future upsells such as websites, SEO, and other services
  • Potential residual income — a smaller ongoing commission on retained monthly revenue is under consideration to reward long-term client relationships

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
