Rental After Sales Coordinator

Ο/Η Rental After Sales Coordinator είναι υπεύθυνος/η για τον επιχειρησιακό συντονισμό και τη διαχείριση του στόλου ενοικιαζόμενων ανυψωτικών μηχανημάτων, με στόχο τη διασφάλιση της μέγιστης διαθεσιμότητας, της ασφαλούς και αποδοτικής λειτουργίας του εξοπλισμού και της παροχής υψηλού επιπέδου υπηρεσιών After Sales προς τους πελάτες.

Η θέση συμβάλλει στη βέλτιστη αξιοποίηση του στόλου, στον αποτελεσματικό προγραμματισμό των τεχνικών εργασιών και στη διατήρηση της κερδοφορίας των υπηρεσιών μίσθωσης, λειτουργώντας ως συνδετικός κρίκος μεταξύ πελατών και εσωτερικών τμημάτων της εταιρείας.

Βασικές αρμοδιότητες:

  • Αποτελεί το βασικό σημείο επικοινωνίας μεταξύ πελατών, τμήματος Service, Τμήματος Πωλήσεων και λοιπών εμπλεκόμενων λειτουργιών.
  • Διαχειρίζεται αιτήματα πελατών, εξασφαλίζοντας την άμεση και αποτελεσματική αντιμετώπιση τεχνικών και λειτουργικών θεμάτων.
  • Παρακολουθεί την εξέλιξη των συμβολαίων μίσθωσης, τις ανανεώσεις, τις λήξεις και τις επιστροφές του εξοπλισμού.
  • Συντονίζει τους τεχνικούς ελέγχους κατά την παράδοση και την παραλαβή των μηχανημάτων, διασφαλίζοντας ότι πληρούν τις προδιαγραφές ποιότητας και ασφάλειας της εταιρείας.
  • Πραγματοποιεί προληπτικές επισκέψεις στις εγκαταστάσεις πελατών για την αξιολόγηση της κατάστασης και της χρήσης του εξοπλισμού, καταγράφοντας πιθανές ανάγκες συντήρησης ή βελτίωσης.
  • Διασφαλίζει τη συμμόρφωση του στόλου με τις απαιτήσεις αδειοδότησης, ασφάλισης και τις ισχύουσες κανονιστικές διαδικασίες.
  • Έλεγχος Κατάστασης Μηχανημάτων: Επιθεωρεί τα ανυψωτικά μηχανήματα σε συνεργασία με το αρμόδιο τμήμα πριν από την παράδοση και κατά την επιστροφή του.

Προφίλ υποψηφίου/ας:

  • Απόφοιτος/η Λυκείου, ΙΕΚ ή ΤΕΙ/ΑΕΙ σχετικού αντικειμένου (Διοικητική Υποστήριξη, Λογιστική ή συναφές πεδίο)
  • 1 - 2 χρόνια εμπειρίας σε Back Office
  • Ιδανικά εμπειρία σε leasing, rental, after-sales
  • Ικανότητα αποτελεσματικού προγραμματισμού, οργάνωσης και διαχείρισης πολλαπλών εργασιών.
  • Ισχυρές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και ικανότητα συνεργασίας με διαφορετικές επιχειρησιακές λειτουργίες.
  • Πελατοκεντρική προσέγγιση και προσανατολισμός στην παροχή ποιοτικών υπηρεσιών.
  • Κατανόηση διαδικασιών διαχείρισης στόλου και τεχνικής υποστήριξης.
  • Γνώση τεχνικών χαρακτηριστικών ανυψωτικών μηχανημάτων ή αντίστοιχου βιομηχανικού εξοπλισμού θα θεωρηθεί σημαντικό πλεονέκτημα.
  • Προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση (ιδανικά στον κλάδο των μηχανημάτων, των Logistics ή των ενοικιάσεων εξοπλισμού).
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση εφαρμογών Microsoft Office και εξοικείωση με συστήματα ERP.
