The posting

Collect weekly reports from all designated stakeholders and chase missing/late submissions.

* Maintain the Master Action Tracker and follow up overdue actions.

* Maintain the Master Document Register: proposals, contracts, MOMs, reports, quotations, LOAs, operational trackers and supporting evidence.

* Control document versions and identify missing, outdated, duplicate or superseded documents.

* Compile the weekly management pack for the GGM without changing the owners’ information.

* Maintain the future cloud/database filing structure and ensure documents can be quickly retrieved.

* Coordinate with HR, Operations, BD, Finance, Procurement, Hospitality, Snagging/DLP, Lagoons and F72 to keep information current.

* Escalate missing information, overdue actions and data inconsistencies to the GGM.

Requirements

Highly organized, strong Excel/document-control skills, comfortable chasing senior stakeholders, analytical enough to identify missing/inconsistent information, and extremely disciplined with confidentiality and version control.
